Its tricky getting started if your not to good with technology, however a phone call to bright hr and they will guide you through anything . Nothing seems to be to much for them . Aaron and Simon where very helpful.

Had online metting with Rebecca McNab on setting up clocking in system. She was very patient and understanding. The first time I actually got talking to a live voice in Bright Hr as opposed to an open chat which was fantastic.

I spoke to Holly Christie today as I needed help to set up employees and link them to courses etc.
She was very helpful with this and I would be very happy to deal with her for any questions I have.
