DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They go out of their way to lie to you about being a carrier and not a broker. Their official status may be a carrier but they are also a broker and will contract your move out to one-star movers. They intentionally lowball your quote to lock you in. I had my stuff in a 600 cubic ft storage unit but they told me they could get it into 300 cubic feet on the truck because they would pack it better. What a joke. Once my stuff was loaded, it was over 600 cubic feet. Let's talk about the "moving truck". I was expecting a nice moving truck similar to a uhaul or even bigger. No, it was a pickup truck with a small trailer attached. The mover had a horrible attitude and couldn't care less about my stuff. He even flipped my nightstand over and stood on it. When I asked him to not do that, he said "don't worry, my company's insurance will cover it if it breaks". When I had questions about the paperwork he asked me to fill out he got mad and just walked away. My stuff was picked up on January 7th and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. When I called to ask about a delivery date (after I was told it would be here this weekend and didn't arrive) the man told me "everyone needs their stuff, there's a system. You have to wait". So clearly, they are inefficient and only care about the money and not providing even decent service.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Bridgeview Van Lines LLC for my move, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with their services.

From the very beginning, there were warning signs. Several other moving companies had warned me about Bridgeview Van Lines LLC, but I made the mistake of ignoring those warnings and letting my guard down. It was a decision I deeply regret.

Communication with Bridgeview Van Lines LLC was practically non-existent. After the initial contact, they seemed to disappear into thin air. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them, I received no response and no call backs. It's incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to leave customers hanging without any explanation or updates.

To make matters worse, I now feel like I have been scammed by Bridgeview Van Lines LLC. They took advantage of my trust and left me feeling robbed. It's truly disheartening when a company fails to deliver on their promises and leaves their customers in such a vulnerable position.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Bridgeview Van Lines LLC to think twice. Learn from my mistake and do not make the same error in judgment. Do your research, read reviews, and choose a reputable moving company that values communication and customer satisfaction. Bridgeview Van Lines LLC is not worth the risk or the headache.

Overall, my experience with Bridgeview Van Lines LLC was beyond disappointing. Their lack of communication, unresponsiveness, and apparent disregard for customer needs are clear indicators of their untrustworthiness. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs.

They promised they would not broker us out, they were a moving company and would do the move. They quoted us 8000 and 500 storage that they would be paid. They then brokered us out to a foreign-owned company, and they came on Sunday at 5 p.m. and were there until 3 a.m. the price went up 4000 and then after our belongings were taken away to an unknown location we were told the storage fee would be 2500 per month on top of the extra moving charge. We negotiated them down to 1500 a month. We didn’t rattle the cage for fear we would never see our belongings again. When we did get them, they were covered with dirt and damaged. Boxes missing, patio chair never recovered, glass top for desk broken, silver chest broken. I could go on and on. DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE BRIDGEVIEW MOVERS. They are a broker and will put the screws to you after they reel you in with good prices!!!

Never use this company!! I did not want a broker and was assured they had their own trucks and movers. One company to do it all. They also gave me a delivery date of 3-10 days from pickup. They sent a truck from another company that taped a sign with a different companies name on it. Not sure where the 4 movers came from but they were with 2 completely different companies not related to the truck. Now I am being told they have 21 days to deliver my stuff. My price changed 3 times. This is despite being assured they over estimated so that I wouldn’t have any surprise charges. After price increase I removed items but was told that didn’t affect the space and did not decrease the charges. I was also told the truck was 23 ft but the shipper wants a 50ft truck to fit. I could have bought my own trailer and hired movers for less than what I am being charged without the hassle. Very stressful lesson learned.

0n July 5th 2023, I contacted Bridgeview Van Lines LLC, regarding an interstate move from Maryland to Minnesota in September 2023. After speaking with the customer service representative, we decided to utilize their services for our move. They shared with us that you are a "NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED EXPERT in the moving and relocation industry. With a friendly attitude and a confident manner, our carriers will exceed your expectations and make your experience smooth and PROBLEM FREE. We are the best at getting the job done right and without hassle." We felt great knowing this and moved forward with a video estimate and sent an initial payment. On September 11th, we received a quality assurance call prior to the pick up of our goods which was scheduled on September 16, 2023. Customer service informed us about the possibility of revising the original estimate of 2800 cubic feet required for the move. He assured complete utilization of a full truck promising a just charge - we were assured that we would "only pay for the space we used" on the truck. At that time, the customer service representative added square footage to our contract and we paid additional fees bringing the amount paid to Bridgeview Van Lines, LLC to a bit over $6K. He placed us on hold, but apparently could still hear us speaking as my husband and I commented that this seems a bit like all of the horrible experiences we had read about and that, here it is..., the last minute increase in costs now that we are close to the moving date. When he addressed us next, he said he had overheard our conversation and he admonished us. He firmly stated that Bridgeview is not a predatory company. He proclaimed that your company takes great pride in itself as a "family" and that everyone who works with them is vetted and part of the Bridgeview family with shared goals of service. He further stated that the company is well aware of the stress that accompanies moving, especially long distance moves and works hard to minimize this stress as the reputation of the company is paramount. (They should have this phone call on tape as we were notified it was being recorded and I requested they maintain the recording). On Friday, September 15th, 2023, at approximately 8:30 pm (I have a record of this call) a driver called and asked if I "really needed a full truck for my stuff" and how far did I "live from Baltimore." I stated that our recent call with Bridgeview indeed revealed that we would need most of a 53' foot truck, but were told we would only pay for what we needed. He said he had no idea who Bridgeview Van Lines LLC was and he did not work for them, The moving process only became more of a mess following this phone call. I called Bridgeview Van Lines LLC. I was told by customer service that the company they sold our contract to must abide by the contract I signed with Bridgeview. We paid for packing/material and disassembly/reassembly services. Not only did they not have ANY packing material (stated they did not have a contract to pack/unpack which we added to and paid you for on our contract with you), but my husband was required to load and unload the truck as there were no movers available for the final load when the truck arrived in Minnesota. When I conveyed this to the driver that you sold our contract to, he actually laughed and stated that he had never heard of "Bridgeview" and Bridgeview had no "power" over him. Bridgeview did nothing to assist us! Upon the request of their customer service, I sent a video of the truck that arrived at our home in Maryland with more than half of the truck already filled with another customer's load. Again, Bridgeview Van Lines, LLC did nothing to assist us. This does not seem like "family" to me.I believe they were not truthful describing the relationship with the company they sold our contract to. I do not believe they vetted this company properly/thoroughly, nor did they determine that they were a trustworthy company. They sold our contract to an unethical company. I am committed to prevent others, especially senior citizens with fixed incomes-like us, from becoming victims of your predatory practices which are the total opposite of what you promised, which was, "a friendly attitude and a confident manner, carriers (that) will exceed your expectations and make your experience smooth and PROBLEM FREE."

Took my money did not refund nor did they give me credit.
Heartless and all about $$$$. I went through a fracture and injured my foot amost 3days after booking and almost 14 days days before the the move and I was told I could not get refund but online credit. When I insisted only upon a refund not knowing how long my recovery would be, they flat out denied my refund and because I had my credit card company fight it they confiscated the entire amount. Of $987. I explained about my situation in details via email and especially when I’m a single mom going through a tumultuous situation in my life $987 is a lot of money compared to peas for a company like them. I don’t wish ill upon anyone in my life as much as possible. However during a time when everything s going down you have a company like this who won’t refund you with the sane week of the booking and over 14 days notice it makes me rethink of of what’s left in humanity. After numerous calls emails they even refused to keep a percentage and give me anything back. As a matter fact they did not cancel the driver 7 days later either, who showed up on my in Georgia!!!!!

These guys made the process smooth. They packed up our belongings and did a good job securing everything. Easy to work with and straightforward.

So easy. The crew was professional, on time and good at what they did. The company keeps in regular contact and clearly wants to deliver great customer service. Thankfully, we did not have to deal with any damage.

Made the process east and smooth. Didn’t have any stress and everyone I dealt with was very transparent and clear! Will use again in future.

A $400 "booking fee" was added to the payment due after the goods were picked up. This fee was not on the binding moving estimate at the time the contract was signed. Emails and phone calls to the company were ignored. Other than filing a small claims lawsuit there is not much you can do once they have your goods.

Loved using these guys! Everything was organized perfectly, and the entire move went great! I’m very pleased with this company, and I highly recommend them!!

We had a great experience. They arrived on time, got everything done in the time we expected. They were courteous and communicated well.

This company is absolutely excellent. Their pricing is straight-up fair. They arrive with experienced people who know what they're doing.

From start to finish they handled everything! All my stuff came undamaged and whole from the NE to the SE! Thanks for not making me do 10 UHAUL trips which would’ve cost more! Great company and attentive & friendly contacts.

If you’re moving definitely use bridge view van lines! They are very reliable and punctual, they moved all my stuff very quickly and everything was dropped off to its destination in perfect condition. When I called customer service to get all the details of my move I was helped by Sierra, she was so sweet and accommodating to my situation. I will definitely be using them for any of my future moves, and will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!!
