Excellent experience smooth and professional
Very good at answering emails and giving positive reassurance about upcoming installation (even though not straightforward access)
City Fibre who did the work to the property were excellent on the day.
So far new Fibre speed seems much faster than previous for approx same money. Whole process seemed very smooth and professional. Thank you!

The guy's Came in removed their shoes shifted some furniture connected the wiring it didn't take long and set it up very professional left the house spotless, What a difference Brawband has made, Highly recommended.

Super Swift
Great communication. Router arrived swiftly. City Fibre arrived early and were finished not long after. The service was connected and up and running quicker than estimated. In the few days we've had it there's been nae bother. Audible books download in a blink. Wee fella on the console, us watching a movie and googling etc without a pause or glitch.

Terrible company
This company has no control off it's suppliers,I was told it would be installed on the 3d of January it wasn't installed on that day I was then informed it would be 15th of January I phoned up on the 15th of January to be told it would be 24th of January told them to cancel it,so no superfast broadband just no broadband terrible customer service they say they'll phone you back but don't, don't touch them.

I joined the Brawband team only a week…
I joined the Brawband team only a week ago and so far so good.
We put the router in a different position from previous was initially concerned about the coverage but it has settled in nicely.
Son is delighted with new download speeds as router is closer.

Just great
Great customer service, answered questions very quickly. Very easy setup and quick to connect to Internet. New router delivered well before connection date, just had to plug it in and switch on as I already had cable to the house.

What I did not like was the fact the engineer who installed it didn't know what the extender was and just left it in the box and said that he knew nothing about it so left with an extension with no instructions I find this very poor service

Easy
The installer'sarrived on timecarried out the installation, outsid and inside neatly and without any fuss. Took about 90 minutes and broadband fully working before they left. Impressive.

Proper Scottish Broadband
Switched over from Vodafone on cityfibre, using my own router. Vodafone kept changing disconnection dates but my calls to Brawband to change the switchover were fast and they were happy to accommodate. On the day, voda disconnected at midnight, when I got home I out my brawband username and password into my router and it connected.
Connection has been up 100% of the time, speeds are always 900mbit both ways. On the 'basic' 900mbit package they used CG-NAT which means you share an IP address with others but this hasn't affected anything. It just means my IP address says I am in Glasgow but fortunately I actually "pop out" onto the internet in Edinburgh.
Had a referal so first month and a half have been free, and £30pm for these speeds is better than the rest.
