Good customer support.

After sitting on the fence whether or not to purchase a brake free product my sensible side eventually won out and ordered a unit

My unit arrived in a week and after getting it charged and installed (it was a long 24 hours to let the mount set!) I fired it up and headed out with daily use

I have never been more satisfied with a safety biking product and the feedback that I've had from other drivers and their increased visibility of me even in dark conditions

I will shortly be ordering a 2nd unit for my partner. Thank you again Brake free for making such a great product for the biking community's safety 👍🏍️

Exactly as advertised and came as stated. The Brake Free light works a treat and has been commented as such by others behind me. Highly recommended.

I don’t like 2 things:
1) the mounting that is way too easy to undo, risking losing the unit while riding
2) the on/off switch button is cheap and nasty. Difficult to feel the click, even without gloves. Strange thing to cheap out on the only part the customer must engage with every single time.

I very much like that:
1) it is really bright that makes the person wearing it visible
2) straightforward to use (except the cheap button)
3) the package had 2 helmet mounts, thankfully, as the thin wouldn’t fit my Schubeth helmet

My white Brake Free light was delivered fast to the UK with plenty of information about its journey from the carrier. It was delivered to me by FedEx who also took care of the VAT and import charges. I was sent a link to pay these charges a day before the package was due to be delivered with a link provided for online payment. It made everything easy. A brilliant item delivered by an excellent carrier. No hassle and the best way to buy the Brake Free in the UK in my opinion.

Initially concerned about high level of import duty. Sent an email. Recieved a prompt and helpful reply.

Easy to fit and use, best thing to have with the dark winter approaching

I bought one Brake Free Light, black, via the EU break free website. I had to wait a bit for the next EU shipment, but that was fine. I was informed.

I had some questions about the product, and it's use in The Netherlands. My questions were answered quickly and with a personal touch. Super.

The product itself is quite pricy and does add (significant) weight to your helmet. No way around that. I do like the light though. It gives extra visibility and warns other road users when you're engine breaking.

It also lights up when going over speed bumps, changing gear etc. So, in my opinion, it is a bit too sensitive to movements that are not related to breaking. I have asked some people riding with me if that was distracting. Apparently it was not. So even though it is a bit visually restless, it seems to be fine.

Simple independent safety feature. Works great!

As someone who spends thousands of kilometers on the road every year, visibility is everything. Brake Free gives me exactly that – an extra layer of safety that follows me everywhere I ride. Easy to mount, solid build quality, and it really stands out in traffic, especially at night or in bad weather. I’ve had other riders and even drivers mention how noticeable it is.
