Online systems need to be improved.
Disappointed that physical stock and online stock are not matched in real time. Would expect that in the age of 'technology' there would be better co-ordination between warehouse and online systems. This resulted in delay between order and dispatch of 11 days.

Disappointed - not enough stock to fulfill my order
Disappointed. I ordered pants to match a bra that I had purchased from a different website. The pants were a better price on Bra for Me so I though I would give this company a chance, however the pants never arrived.
After waiting for two weeks for my order, I emailed Bra for Be and I received a reply investigating and then a further email stating that my order had been cancelled as they didn't have enough stock to fulfill my order of one pair!
A full refund has been sent to me which I appreciate. However, had I known this potential outcome I would have spent a little more money and purchased the matching pants with my bra from the other more well known supplier.
I didn't realise this could happen once you had paid. Lesson learnt.

We aim to be fully transparent with our customers regarding dispatch timeframes, which can vary depending on the product. These details are clearly shown on each product listing. The briefs you ordered did have a longer dispatch window than our standard items.
Unfortunately, towards the end of this dispatch period the shipment of stock we were expecting arrived damaged. As a result, we were unable to fulfil your order and the manufacturer was unable to provide replacement stock. We therefore contacted you as soon as possible to advise of the issue.
We did not receive a response to our original message, and it was only when you later contacted us for an update that we were able to reconfirm the situation and arrange the full refund as requested.
It is possible that our initial email was directed to your spam or junk folder, so we would recommend marking us as a safe sender to ensure you receive any future updates from us.
We are sorry again that we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion, but we do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist you.

Horrible service
Horrible service, they do not do justice to the brands they distribute. Prices different at checkout vs in email offer. No door to door transport , although they charge massively for international and promise door to door they will email you to choose a pick up location. They will not pack the goods properly but in barely glued plastic bags which leads to damaged products. Just buy the brands you need somewhere else. This site is almost a scam.

To keep our prices competitive and lower than many other retailers, most of our products are packaged in clear protective plastic bags rather than branded boxes or packaging. This allows us to protect the items during transit while keeping overall costs down for our customers.
Regarding delivery, our couriers always attempt to deliver directly to the door. Orders are only redirected to a collection point if the delivery has been rescheduled by the recipient or if the courier has been unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts.
Our team did make every effort to assist with your enquiry.
Unfortunately, due to the use of abusive and inappropriate language towards members of our staff, we had to end communication. The safety and wellbeing of our team is extremely important to us, and we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour.
We remain committed to providing genuine products and professional service to all of our customers.
