Hello. Trying to get in touch with you via phone is impossible. There is no way of finding tracking information Tells you to go through SHOP? Not helpful at all.
It says on my online order form delivery between 2 to 4 days.
Reading the many reviews it seems this happens a lot. I have just got notification that my item is on its way 6 working days later. It would have been useful to know how long the order would take, mine up to 10 working days.
Nice to hear from you via this platform!! Still waiting for my expensive Rigby and Peller item. 7 working days now. I will email you. Very concerned as my order is over £80.
YES I KNOW you don’t include weekends. The tracking system is not showing the true status.
It has just been delivered. The package was very damaged.

As stated on our voicemail, we currently operate an unmonitored phone line. We kindly ask that you email us at info@braforme.com with your order number, and our team will happily assist you further with your delivery status.
Please note that our dispatch windows are calculated in business days, which do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Regarding your tracking, you can monitor the status of your order via your online account on the Braforme website. Additionally, we send a direct email containing step-by-step tracking information as soon as an item is dispatched.
Please email our support team with your order number so we can investigate the location of your parcel immediately.
Becoming concerned !!
Becoming concerned at the lack of response regarding my order status, automatic replies confirm I should receive a response within 24hrs however that was 3 business days ago, I have tried to get an update via email and whats app. My order has not yet despatched. This does not inspire confidence folks! **an update- having sent several messages via all possible channels I received a response re a stock issue delay, I chose to cancel my order, I am awaiting a refund.**update refund received thankfully but I couldnt do business again with a company with this experience.

While our automated message confirms we have received your enquiry and we typically aim to respond within 24 hours, we ask that you allow our team time to work through the volume of messages.
As mentioned in that automated reply, messaging multiple times across different platforms (like email and WhatsApp) will unfortunately push you to the back of the queue, as our system prioritises tickets based on the most recent response. This can sadly cause further delays in our ability to get back to you during our opening hours of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Very good quality product
Very good quality product. After I'd ordered it, I was informed it was no longer in stock, however Iafter several emails to ensure a suitable alternative was supplied I did receive a similar item at the same price. I appreciated the communication in order to provide an item I was happy with.

Regarding the authenticity of your items, we can confirm that all of our products are sourced directly from the original manufacturers. We do not sell fake or counterfeit goods; all of our stock is 100% genuine. You are more than welcome to verify this directly with the manufacturers, who will be happy to confirm that Braforme is one of their most recognised and trusted UK stockists.
We have previously requested further details from you via email to help us chase the delivery of your order with the courier, but we have not yet heard back.

I purchased 3 items, one of which was in stock and I had quite a wait for the other two. However I was made aware of the issue via email and after a few weeks the items arrived last week so not a major probem. The price was good and the quality of the items were too. Well packaged and as described.

Not living in the UK, however still my first choice.

Good fit
It is good to have a bra that properly separates and fits well
However it would be good to have wider shoulder straps for the larger sizes and it offers medium support rather than a firm one

Although the item I ordered proved not to be available, the service provided was excellent. I was given the option to exchange for a different item or obtain a refund. I opted for the latter and the refund was made v promptly.
