My order was lost in transit so I contacted Bound Apparel and Ruby came to my rescue. She despatched a repeat order which was priority delivered two days later. She was a pleasure to deal with and she saved any blushes on Christmas Day! Very happy with the service.

I ordered the mocha brown ultimate zippy and mocha brown ultimate track pants and unfortunately when the zippy came there was a slight mark on it so I emailed Bound Apparel and Ruby got back to me within a few hours. She was so helpful and she managed to get me another zippy as a replacement within the day even though they were sold out as she knew this was a Christmas gift. Ruby really went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service provided, would highly recommend.

Dealing with Bound Apparel was so easy, I ordered two track bottoms instead of a top and bottom, they were extremely helpful, especially Ruby who answered my emails as quick as possible and such a nice person to deal with
I returned the bottoms and they sent the top with no delay
I will definitely order from here again

Dealing with Ruby in Customer was so Pleasant she could not have done any more for me. She really goes above and beyond and I will definitely be buying again just because of her.

I bought new leggings and within a few weeks some of the letters were coming off the logo. I emailed the customer service team out of concern. And Ruby sent me a replacement immediately and recommended I wash the leggings at a lower temperature. Great customer service and Ruby was lovely.

I dealt with Ruby in Bound Apparel and have never come across such efficient and friendly customer service! Ruby went above and beyond to help me get a Christmas present sorted, both my daughters are huge Bound fans so definitely will continue buying.

Along with having such lovely clothing pieces Bound Apparel has such a great customer service team. When having issues with sizes and returns Ruby was an amazing help, responding to all my emails quickly and answering all the questions I had without any problems. I can’t recommend Bound Apparels products enough! The fit is incredible and the quality is amazing, and on top of that the customer service is fantastic. The shipping and processing of orders is so incredibly quick, and the girls are so helpful. In particular Ruby was so helpful and understanding. It’s so great to see Irish girls doing so well, and I can definitely see why!

Really nice design and comfortable to wear. I was just surprised to see the label lists 53% cotton / 47% polyester, as the website only mentions “luxurious, high-quality materials” and doesn’t list the fibre content. At this price point, I think including the exact materials would really help future buyers. (For reference I have the navy track pants and navy zip up and the label is the same).

Clothes are just wonderful. They feel like wearing a duvet!! Also, received delivery very quickly which was wonderful as I had to send it away as a Christmas gift.

I absolutely love the flares I bought — the quality is amazing, and they’re so comfortable and flattering! I also had a quick query about the leggings and spoke to Ruby over email — she was so helpful, and quick to respond. Fantastic customer service and gorgeous products — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I had washed my tracksuit and these stains appeared and I was able to email Ruby, she was so kind, helpful and understanding and sent me out a new tracksuit once I sent my one back. 10/10 reccomend. The girls do such a brilliant company 🩷
