Ruby always responds to customer service emails so quickly and kindly. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and she was really helpful with advice too. Such great customer service.

I bought my first tracksuit back in March, i text the girls on Instagram about sizing and Ruby was so helpful, sending me an email with a sizing chart and everything which was great! Obsessed with my tracksuit & also just got their Tua Tank which is literally my go-to now that I have them (i got white and maroon), can’t wait for my next purchase from the girls, thank you so much!

The quality of the clothes is absolutely top notch. I wanted to exchange my track pants and there was amazing customer service from Ruby with quick replies and being so kind and helpful. All packages are delivered within days so there is definitely no waiting around. Overall I had an amazing experience with the company and would definitely purchase from them again, so worth it!

I had a really really great experience all round purchasing from Bound Apparel but in particular with the customer service. I had purchased an item in the wrong size and was struggling with exchanging it and Ruby honestly made it the most pleasant experience I’ve had with any type of customer service, treating me with nothing but kindness while also being very efficient responding to me. The items I ordered arrived so quickly both times. The quality of the hoodies is just insane. They wash really well and they're so cosy. I absolutely love them and fear I am going to have to have them all!
