Swift delivery, appropriate packaging

They claim to deliver in 24 hrs - it’s now been 6 days and still nothing. When I called I was basically told its not there issue it’s EVRI, when I pointed out this is their sub-contractor she said “what do you want me to do about it…”. Awful service and terrible customer services.

Very helpful when calling them for advice . Quick delivery when ordering can’t fault the customer or delivery service

Great service, quick delivery and competitive prices. Thank you.

The Boston Seeds website had really useful filters to help us to find the right product.
Delivery was really quick & well packaged, with useful planting instructions enclosed.
Cannot comment on the quality of the product yet as we haven't sown them.

Delivered on time as promised, great service, thanks.

Great customer service and quality products!

Purchased Boston Seeds prestige lawn seed, was delivered quickly. I simply hand scattered it over standard top soil and raked it in, then threw over some compost i had left over. Just kept it watered on dry days and it germinated really well in just a few days - clearly quality seed to germinate so quickly and evenly. Would highly recommend.

Easy to order, seeds arrived quickly.
Time will tell as to germination and flowering hoping for some September rain !

Clear website, plenty of choice, easy to order and goods arrived when they said they would

Now waiting for the right conditions to sow the seed but confident of the quality of their product.
