Dishwasher Repair
Booking the repair was easy& straight forward, we were kept in the loop all the way with mail updates etc. The engineer arrived between the hours quoted, he was polite, helpful and efficient. Diagnosed the problem, changed the part, re assembled the dish washer, cleaned what rubbish and mess there was, which was very little, carried out a test which he was satisfied with and left. It would have been nice not to have to use the service, but overall a very pleasant experience.

Fridge door replacement
New fridge arrived with a dent in the door. The delivery guys spotted it immediately and reported it. John Lewis and Bosch attended to it promptly with courtesy and efficiency. Sadly the new door didn't arrive on time, but Bosch sorted it and a new door came soon. The engineer followed the next day and he was one of the best engineers I have come across. His knowledge was outstanding and his work was so precise. 10 out of 10.
