booking a serice appointment was easy ad the engineer came at the appontd time and fixed the problem.

The E-24 error is still showing up after the technician left. We have already paid 110GBP for the service but looks like this is not solved.

Prompt arrival. Quick to detect the problem and resolve it.

Really reliable service - have not had many issues, but when I have, Bosch have been very helpful. The engineers I’ve dealt with have all been extremely professional and have worked hard to fix the issues.

Bosch dishwasher lasted 14 months sprung a leak which engineer said could not be repaired needed a replacement M/c., Bosch doesn't want to know under their warranty!!!, engineer said seen fault a couple of times , even having an extended 5 yr warranty means nothing, leak not covered. contacted Curry's Worst experience i have had with an out of warranty Dept. got my email address wrong took 5 weeks to get it corrected, once corrected sent one demand for info detailing fault,proof of purchase etc I included cover letter explaining problem and answered all questions with likely reason for fault, sent registered post sent receipt, sent duplicate by email. No Acknowledgement to either !! further emails ignored nothing coming from them. no replies had to ring customer services some 5 times to try and get a reply still nothing, promised to contact me shortly never did, will ring back as busy again nothing, will be going ahead with court proceedings as they are liable under consumer law which they appear to be completely ignoring and hoping i will go away with the problem ,
Buyer beware! footnote: I always purchased Bosch in the past having a Bosch Oven, Bosch Fridge, Bosch Hob, Bosch Hoover, workshop Drills, Sander, Planer, was an advocate of the brand, but sadly due to this episode not any more. Sadly, signed a very very disgruntled customer!
