I always have a pleasant shopping experience in Boots Birmingham High street. Was taken aback this morning by a stony faced Chanel consultant who had a serious attitude…. Was very unhelpful. Been a customer for a long time…. Shop at Selfridges in future👋🏻

The service at Boots Pharmacy, Market Street, Manchester is awful. The queues are long and slow moving. It takes them days to fill prescriptions that are sent electronically. Often still waiting 6 days later. I realise they are busy but 6 days….come on
tried to order online then tried to log…
tried to order online then tried to log into my account with my advantage cards....wouldn't accept either email address or password,,,so I changed password.and registered it ....still not accepted....so I just lost 78 advantage points. that's not the 1st time this has happened they always accept my advantage card in store but not online, after trying to log in so many times...I was logged out.Boots online is not worth the bother, they've just lost a customer, I don't need the agro.
Poor service for online delivery to store
Ordered online for delivery to local store. Confirmation of order stated it would be delivered on 29 October. I have visited the store on three occasions since then but it has not arrived (8 days later). I used the online contact form 3 days ago but only received an auto-reply so have telephoned today. Although they are resending the item, it will be by standard delivery and is not due to arrive until 11 November and there has been no recompense to me for their error. That means 13 days from when it should have done. As this was a gift for someone’s birthday which will now be late, I am unhappy with the delay and would not recommend anyone ordering via Boots.

Ordered products for click and collect…
Ordered products for click and collect they emailed me with a collection date I arrived to collect to be told the items were not in, when I emailed customer services they said the order could take up to 7 days beyond the expected collection date, so you have to go to the store everyday in hope your goods have arrived. Boots you do know this is 2025 don’t you, can you not be up front on your website and tell people the delivery date is just a guess and it would be really helpful if you could notify the customer when the goods have actually arrived at the store so they don’t have to make continuous trips to see if goods have arrived, very poor service indeed.

Ordered a product online
Ordered a product online. It was in stock.
A day later my order was cancelled with no explanation offered except an AI generated response about stock issues.
When I contacted Boots I was told it was a technical issue and I should just reorder as the product is still in stock.
The product was now £130 more expensive and Boots would not stand by their original price.

went to pharmacy at boots merry hill lady went to another counter to get eye drops went to pay no tills lady in charge of about 5 machines occupied with customers queries couldn't get any sense from machine decided to take drops back to pharmacy lady explained to her why we never even normally try useing machines , a shop as large as boots needs more tills not just for us older generation but noticed young ones struggling to plus some left there articles and just walked out

Awful website for online sales …
This website is clunky and delays you for ages with repetitive questions. Said it would send a change password link and didn't so I changed to another email address. Ordered my stuff and then it cancelled my order because of a security issue. The problem is that going into the shop is as slow so may have to give up on Boots.
Poor assistant service on No 7
I am disabled and visited your Boots Monks Cross store. I approached a No 7 assistant (the only one there) to buy some No 7 replacement products. She asked me which products and told her what I needed and said I had two gift vouchers to go towards the cost. I started to retrieve these from my bag and as I did so, the assistant saw another customer on the other side of the stand and promptly left me with no word of explanation and went to serve her at the lipstick counter, completely ignoring me!! I waited for a while but she did not come back. Therefore, I had no choice but to leave without purchasing anything I needed!! Disappointed and offended.
Outstanding Service from Doris
I had a wonderful experience with Doris. She introduced every No7 product with great care and detail, patiently answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and she gave me thoughtful advice that helped me choose the right products with confidence. Doris’s sincerity and patience made the shopping experience both enjoyable and memorable. She is a real asset, and I would be very happy to seek her advice again in the future.
Frustrating time-waster.
Tried to register onto recycling app. Hopeless - took ages to send verification code, then when I put it in it keeps saying there's a problem but not what that is. Now, it won't even let me get beyond the password stage - nothing happens when I click on 'next'. This has wasted me so much time. I'd have thought a major company like Boots could get their act together with regard to technology.

3 hrs wasted trying to resolve click/collect myself & with Customer Service. Doesn't work. I now can't purchase sunscreen 200ml as have carry-on bags for holiday paid for. Wish Superdrug were at airports. Boots website atrocious

Dreadful company....sent an back to Boots as they sent me a incorrectly described item and they refuse to refund, claiming they never received it....I gave them written evidence and a signature but they refuse to investigate

I visited the pharmacy counter at Boots, Gallagher Retail Park in Scunthorpe, to ask for an otc product. The assistant was serving another customer so of course I waited. But I was astonished that the assistant then left the counter to disappear 'into the back room' without serving me. Several other members of staff were around the pharmacy area, engrossed in sticking labels on boxes and tidying shelves. A man joined me and soon commented 'they're ignoring us aren't they'. That's exactly what they were doing. I don't know whether they had suddenly gone on strike or what. Both the man and I left, disgusted.

From LND to DUB they perform so poorly!
When I was living in London, in every store I went, the staff was incredibly rude and now in Ireland they lost parcels and even have the audacity to blame me and the local courier.
I gave them way too many chances.
I'm never gonna spend one more penny in any of their stores.

Boots Houston, Renfrewshire are a great team and go the extra mile as a matter of course.
Have been collecting prescriptions etc for many years and the staff are always very helpful, professional and courteous.
Recently had a drop in session for advice from the pharmacist, Mhairi, and she was superbe. Nasal problem is now significantly better.
