Fabulous experience
I love getting my specs done at my local Boots. Everyone's so kind and helpful, and very professional. They totally know their stuff.
I went there today for an eye test and I ended up complicating everything, but they were extremely good with me. And the prices are so reasonable!

Not many glasses to choose from
Staff were nice, they helped me look for other glasses in my price range. I'd chosen some that were pricey. But their range in the lower price were few, even the ones in the pricey ones weren't good either. I ended up keeping the original ones I'd chosen. If you're not too choosy about the style, Boots is a smaller and less intimidating place to go, but if you want a certain look then go to a bigger Opticians with a bigger section.

An excellent eye test
I have had several eye testes over the years, at various opticians most of which have been good but nothing outstanding. Went to Boots the opticians on Friday the 26th June in Llandudno.
The optician that attended me was James, He gave me the most thorough eye test I have ever received. He explained every action taken, including photographs of my eye balls, and explained what damage I had in my right eye, and the possibility I might require eye surgery to remove cataracts. He was positive very knowledgeable and confident.

I use Boots Opticians and I have great faith in the team. They are all very experienced and professional. Yesterday I needed some replacement frames. Huzaifah Randera looked after me. The service from him was very quick and efficient and my new frames are super comfy too! Thank you Huzaifah!

Boots Opticians in New Milton is always great. The Optometrists are really professional and efficient, the whole team are so friendly and helpful, Roney squeezed me in without an appointment to find the perfect prescription sunglasses, and he and Cassidy were really helpful when they needed adjusting over the nose. Boots Opticians High Street Kensington brilliant experience
The woman whom tested my eyes with the machines was a delight super efficient polite and kind. The other woman who undertook the eye exam was really lovely efficient and gave me lots of useful information.
