We have made four separate orders with Boori over 5 years including the Alice cotbed bed, trundle bed + mattress, under bed drawers and the Neat bed. We have had outstanding customer service including replacing a part for free outside of warranty when the cotbed was 5 years old and on its 3rd move. They responded to the latest request within 20 minutes! We also ordered the Neat bed and then prior to it's arrival they had a special offer, they refunded us all the money immediately to pull the price of ours inline with the offer. We plan to continue to order Boori beds for our children.
First time I ordered from them the order took over a month to be delivered. Second order I double checked the item was in stock but it still has not been dispatched 2 days later. Support said "sorry our couriers are not collecting from our warehouse again this week". Small print says 1-2 weeks for delivery. PITA.
Ordered bunk beds before coming on here, reading the reviews and having a mini panic attack due to the bad reviews.
I can honestly say though they have been great from start to finish. The beds are very good quality but easy to assemble and customer service always responded and reacted quickly to my queries. We had a minor issue where the wrong bookcase was sent to us but within 2/3 days of emailing a new one was received.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again
I ordered a bed at the end of November, and it was supposed to be delivered in mid-January. However, it still hasn't arrived, and I have no idea about my order status or where my bed is. I've sent multiple emails to ask for an update, and they initially responded, saying the package had been sent, but now they have ignored my emails for a week. Their customer service is impossible to reach by phone, and they may just ignore you completely.
After discovering a mattress was faulty, 5 months after having it, they have agreed to collect it and refund me. However the customer service is so so slow and extremely frustrating that I cannot call anyone to get everything resolved quickly. I have sent many emails and if I don't hear a response after this review I will be taking things further.
The bed delivery was delayed by more than 2 weeks, which I was notified about, and now that I finally got it there's a box missing. I've been very patient through the whole process but I can't even start on how frustrating it is to be unable to contact customer services as they don't provide a phone number and have to wait until Monday to get any response from them.
EDIT: after complaining on all possible social media channels, it took one very short apologetic email and nearly one week to have the missing box delivered. The quality of the bed is great and it was very easy to assemble despite the poorly made instructions manual, but the whole purchase and delivery process definitely puts me off from buying them again and recommending to my clients (I have an Interior Design company).

Recently got the new Byron high chair and can’t express how happy we are with it. I have dealt with Boori previously and their customer service and quality of product drew me back in again! So happy to have a stylish highchair that fits in with our modern kitchen.
I have a Boori chest of drawers and I love it. It is very well made and a great design. Would highly recommend.
no responsible..in their website they say 7 working days delivery but i bought a baby bed 17 days ago but still no arrive..i contact them but it seems they play with customer,..i am regret bought my baby bed from this brand and from Boori website...
