Easiest Airport parking
The booking process was easy ,the car park was well sign posted and is very near to the north terminal. The staff were great, buses run you 5 minute trip to the terminal every 10 minutes. The price was very reasonable. I shall be using them every time now.

Everything went very smoothly and easy. The staff were extremely helpful. It was very simple to drop off my car and hand over the keys, and picking everything up afterwards was just as quick and hassle-free. The shuttle service to and from the airport was good, and the location was easy to find. I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely give it a 5 stars! 🙂

Our fight was cancelled
Our fight was cancelled, paid for another flight also got cancelled! Paid for another flight to a different airport then had to get back to Gatwick to pick up car, pull up to exit to find a £300 parking charge. Because original booking was lost, was resolved in the end, still a charge but what a pain when it took 24 hours to get our car not being our fault.

After following up my initial posting - I contacted customer services who were able to help - the current discount codes only appear to be effective for 2026 and not 2027(yet)

After leaving the car, I noticed that the mileage had increased by 4 miles. That seems a bit too much just to move the car to a parking space. Other than that, everything was fine.
