When we entered we were not sure…
When we entered the car park, it wasn’t clear whether we were supposed to park in Zone A, B, or C. The signs were confusing from the start. When we came out, the exit signs were even more unclear, and we ended up relying on Waze for directions. Unfortunately, it guided us straight through the Drop‑Off Point, and we were charged an extra £10 for simply trying to leave. After already spending so much on holiday, this unexpected charge felt really unfair and avoidable. Clearer signage would make a big difference.

Easy to find but too far to walk at the terminal
Easy to find. Drove straight in. Ten minutes wait for bus. Only complaint is that the bus does not stop right outside the terminal and you are left with a 10 minute walk with luggage.

Great feeling knowing your vehicle is secure and you are out of country...
Transfer to Terminal is Great and drivers are helpful.
Only down side is we could not find a disabled space as all were full..

Some good, some less so.
The check-in and check-out service are both quick and efficient. My only observation is that insufficient coaches run to/from the Terminals.
On this occasion, passenger tempers were frayed when too many people tried to alight the bus on the way back to the car-park, having waited nearly 30 minutes for a bus. In addition, it would help with space if passengers could only enter at the front door when alighting and being asked to use all the luggage space, when getting on the bus.

Everything was great and quite easy
Everything was great and quite easy. Especially for some who was there first time like me. But one thing stressed me a lot. I wasn't sure where exactly I shouldn't for abuse after I came barometer holiday. And there was na phone to call and ask if the bus will come or not. Eventually I found the bus stop but wasn't sure if it's the right one until the bus will come. As there was no time as well. So I wasn't sure if the bus will come. Very stressful as it was near the parking time finish.
