Have been wearing the white S’Port…

Have been wearing the white S’Port briefs for over 30 years and never had a problem with sizing or quality until this year. Ordered 6 pairs online in March this year and immediately noticed they were now made in Indonesia instead of China. Size 22 appeared to be actually 18 or 20. Absolutely NO cotton elasticity in front pouch where needed. Contacted Bonds and was given immediate refund. Managed to scrape together another 6 pairs made in China from various locations. As the Chinese made briefs also started showing early degradation, I decided to chance another order hoping the quality issues had been addressed since my last order. No such luck and the Indonesian made briefs still have the same non stretch pouch issues as before. Credit to Bonds for reimbursing me in full again, but very disappointed again in the quality. Does nobody check the quality before a production run is released ?
Would be nice to know that complaints have been noted and issues are being addressed.

I ordered online a month ago

I ordered online a month ago, utterly disappointed that no communication and I had to keep checking shipping status myself, still waiting for the items. Spent over $300 on them and that is the service I receive and no contact from anyone from Bonds disappointed never again.

Once items leave our warehouse it is given to our third party provider it is beyond our control. We will endeavour to chase up the delivery supplier, however with Covid, there are delivery delays Australia Wide. We are sorry about this and hope that you have now since received your items.

SERVICE WHAT SERVICE!!!!

Bought on line then discovered they had a outlet in my state 5 mins away asked could I PICK IT UP THERE INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR MY GOODS IN VICTORIA 1 hour after I ordered they said no it would have saved them postage ect so much for SERVICE so will go back to buying from my usual provider pay more but better SERVICE so much for buying AUSTRALIAN MADE BYE BONDS!

Poor quality, uncomfortable

I found the sizing to be correct for the Invisi wire free bra and initially it was comfortable. After wearing for a day it was scratchy around the clasp area. Upon closer inspection I see corners of the clasp area have thick fabric that leave hard corners that dig in.
I tried to return the unworn bras but as I had cut off the cardboard tags they would not accept them back.
Shame on you Bonds!
I have since made little sleeves out of T-shirt material to cover the clasp.

I was impressed and hopeful after seeing I had a reply from Bonds. After responding and sending more photos. I got the same excuse and pathetic answer about shop polices. Why bother to reply to this review when you were just going to quote the same thing as the store.
Thank you for wasting more of my time.

Ordered online & received my items

Ordered online & received my items. One of the items is incorrect. Contacted via email the same day letting them know they have sent the incorrect item. Sent photos to them for proof that they sent 2 items that are the same product but have different tags on them - and their response was....

Upon checking, we can confirm that we have sent the correct items as per your order. Can you please confirm if you have tried wearing them in order to notice the difference at the hip part?

I have now sent another 3 emails with more photos to prove they sent the wrong product, but have had no response, it has now been 10 days.. The so called ‘Customer Service’ is absolute rubbish. Tried calling but cannot get through. Love the Bonds products but won’t buy again due to poor customer service.
Will be returning my order to a retail store for a full refund (once open in Melb).

Bonds service gets worse

Have purchased over the years from Bonds owned for a number of years, but lately the service is getting worse. Placed an ordered a few weeks ago for a number of items all in stock. Payment taken immediately. Over two weeks later notified 90% of my ordered items no longer in stock. Very disappointed with the service and follow up.

Nothing but issues with my order

Made an order at the end of August when there was 40% off. I was charged 3 times instead of once which I didn't realised until I looked at my account days later. Almost two months later I still have not received my order. But when I check the "track my order' it tells me closed and that I have been refunded. Australia Post had my parcel sitting at Hoppers Crossing for over a month. I have not been notified of this and extermly dissatisfied as these clothes were for my daughter and their is now no longer the 40% sale and good chance I won't be able to re-order the same items. Not sure why every other company i have had no issues with but this order has been nothing but grief. All.i would like is my items that I ordered!

Placed an order

Placed an order, all was fine.
Received the order a week later with $48 worth of things missing. Called and they said they don't have stock anymore and when I questioned the fact they still never informed me and have my money well all they could say is there processes are runnings slow. Sorry that's not really good enough. I believe if I had not have called I would not have been picked up in the system to be refunded or informed.

bonds used to be a premium brand...underwear used to be made in australia was top notch.....now its made in china....poor quality at a premium price...underwear only lasts one year........there are other brands with same premium price but also premium quality

I bought 4 pairs of bonds slimming…

I bought 4 pairs of bonds slimming comfy tops ultra sheer tights. All 4 pairs got holes in the waist bands on the first wear. My finger went right through them and I don't even have nails. It's absolute crap. You would expect more from bonds. Their poor quadruplets and service had damaged their reputation. Go to any other brand, save wasting your money, you might as well burn your money than waste it on these stockings. Bonds customer service was also useless and take 0 accountability

A joke.

I ordered from Bonds over 3 weeks ago. I emailed the company as I had heard nothing. They HAVE NOT even dispatched my order. They say due to heavy demand there is a wait. When I first ordered from Bonds, I was told I would receive a tracking number in two days. Other companies are true to their word. Not so with Bonds.

Change in design means poor fit. This may not be the right forum however…

This may not be the right forum however having worn Bonds sports socks for many years I need to make this comment. My husband and I bought 8 pairs recently & for the first time we find that they are uncomfortable because being lower in the heel they don’t stay up & slip into the shoe. I presume there has been a change in design. With the size no longer on the sole of the sock we are getting his & mine mixed up. Trying to sort is a nuisance.
Please pass on to designers.

I ordered 4 pairs of pantyhose which…

I ordered 4 pairs of pantyhose which arrived in the wrong colour. I tried ringing Bonds for 4 days and each time I phoned there was a recorded message saying "due to the high volume of emails we cannot take your call". I tried emailing but never received a reply. I had no option but to physically go into the city store and return the goods. I was then told they did not have the colour I wanted and would refund what I paid - EXCLUDING the delivery charge.
Bonds online is a terrible vehicle for shopping and I will never use them again.

Shocking service + communication when…

Shocking service + communication when shopping online. I’ve ordered
online twice this year and both times I’ve ordered, I’ve had items missing from my order.
When I got in contact with them about this, they had actually sold out. However they did get in contact and give me a refund. But this also happened the second time I ordered (missing item) I got in contact again but I never heard back at all. This was 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping from bonds again.

Update on my order

Update on my situation:
I got a dispatch update on Monday from Bond, which is 16 business days since I placed the order. Thank you for the update.

I am aware of delay from Aus Post, and as long as my order is dispatched, I am happy

I have to stress with those who order personalised item that it is "14 business days for order dispatch", not "14 business days for receiving your item" as advertised on the website.
I have removed my original post as the initial issue is resolved.

I am pending my refund for a failed delivery to Singapore. I ordered online end May. My local Singpost has returned the parcel back to Australia on 9 July. Today is 21 August and there is still no update on the parcel and my refund. Is the parcel missing during transit in Germany? My tracking number is LW485907752DE. It’s like Bonds took customer experience and just flushed it down the toilet.

On the weekend I bought 4 nursing singlets, 2 white and 2 black as well as a nursing bra. I was doing a load of blacks so I washed the black singlets first. I should have tried them on, yes, but they didn’t fit. So I KEPT the black singlets as I had removed tags and washed them. And decided to go back to the same store about 3 days later to EXCHANGE the white ones for a different size. The lady at the register told me “we need a receipt so we know what you bought, sorry we can’t do anything without a receipt”. Ok so I understand the fact that you need a receipt. But I am trying to explain to you if you listen what I bought and what has happened. It’s not like I’m asking for a refund. I just want to change the size. I mentioned that I used my card for the purchase and if she could look it up on her system, I was happy to show the transaction to prove that I had actually purchased the items, I mean the store could check the cameras too if the day. It felt like bonds was trying to say I either stole the items and was looking for a refund or bought it from somewhere else and trying to swap it there. All of that aside the lady said nope no receipt can’t help you. I get it. I worked in retail. For quite a large company, our policy was also you need a receipt, but we did do credit notes without receipts. All of that aside, I decided to contact bonds directly through their online feedback section. I mean there has to be something a huge company that has their products made in China making huge profits can do, and this was the response I received “

To be honest as your name is not on a receipt they would have to look for an amount im guessing on that day, Im not sure if this is something they could or even would do ,due to the time and amount of sales that go through in a day and how far back it goes.

It is up to the consumer's responsibility to also keep receipts just incase i guess.

3. If there is a system that they can use to search receipts, they should be using it. Time is not my problem, I don’t have all the time in the world either, I have a newborn to worry about.

So for everyone that discards their receipt. And then goes back to bonds for a refund/exchange and they get turned away, are you saying all these people STOLE your products?

It’s not like I went to Kmart and bought a nursing singlet for $15 that I can just throw away because it didn’t fit (in saying that I’m sure Kmart would be happy to refund/exchange without a receipt)

These damn singlets cost $45 each!! That’s like throwing close to $200 in the bin.

Good job bonds. If you were to check my online accounts with the bonds and bonds outlet website, you’d see how much money I’ve invested in you guys to be able to just EXCHANGE a f*kn singlet.

I’ve been buying bonds for 30 years…

I’ve been buying bonds for 30 years unfortunately the quality isn’t the same anymore. After numerous emails to Bonds Support about the quality of the track pants I bought & excuses that the photos didn’t come through to their emails I decided to ring 1800.no. (Must say the bonds hoodies are still very good quality).
Thanks to Suzie who immediately attended to my complaint & was given a refund. That’s called customer service. Thank you Suzie. I give 5 stars for the customer service I received. I will also say thank you to Gabby who was also most helpful.
