Borderline Fraudulent
Ordered items over two months ago, they shipped over two months ago and I still haven’t received them. The tracking hasn’t updated for almost two months and they are refusing to give me a refund despite the fact that these items are clearly lost.
UPDATE: They’ve now replied and said the delays are due to issues here in Canada, but we have extremely low transmission rates and are not experiencing any significant shipping delays on a national front. They’re trying to deflect responsibility and avoid giving me a refund, when at the end of the day, they can get a refund from the shipping carrier for the lost items. I can’t. BONDS has not been able to fulfill their end of the agreement when I purchased these items, therefore they need to refund me. It’s going on three months since I ordered these items. This is just astonishingly poor customer service and borderline fraudulent behaviour on their part.

Comfortable trunks and shorts. Socks are good except for the ultimate comfort low cut socks (not durable or too comfortable). Easy to return orders.

Packaging leaked black dye over everything when i opened the black branded parcel. The one size fits all Covid face mask did not fit me, way too small. No refund forthcoming. Terrible fail from an iconic brand, won't be buying undies from Bonds again.

I spent my week crying.
I got the exchange of underwear last night when I got home from work.
I had bought at least 10 pairs or more of size 14 that didn't fit me and I exchanged for size 16 please see the picture attached and explain to me how these are all the specific sizes I have requested?
I have never been able to afford bonds, but I have always been a slightly larger size woman and wanted too - I have lost a considerable amount of weight and thought I would treat myself to replace all my underwear with some nice sexy BONDS underwear.
I was SO EXCITED to feel sexy and comfortable in my very own BONDS underwear and now I feel so INSECURE, attacked FAT and bullied by your company with how I felt receiving a LARGER size that was clearly still a 14. They roll down and look and feel disgusting
I want a refund of EVERYTHING I HAVE PURCHASED FROM BONDS for wasting my time money and just crushing my expectations of your reputable company and all the hard work eating right and exercising that now means NOTHING to me. I will never BUY BONDS AGAIN

One of my favourite underwear stores
Love bonds. Every time I’ve made an order they’ve followed through and every item I’ve received is great.
I got a jacket for work, comfy living pants to lounge in, undies and socks and they’re all great. Although I’ve bought bras before and they aren’t the best design because I didn’t find them comfy or well fitted at all.
But overall I’m happy with the service and quality of items I’ve purchased so far.

8 weeks and still waiting for delivery
Similar to the other stories shared here, I ordered a baby gift to the US on May 12 and it has not been delivered. My mom friends have raved about the Wundersuit, so I was excited to order them. The last update from DHL said the package arrived in the US on June 15. I've reached out to Bonds twice. Bonds replied once but said there was nothing they could do since they already shipped the product. I don't mind an extended wait but at this point I am not confident I will ever receive this package. Very disappointing experience.

Don't hold your breath on delivery.
Got a phone call from a lady from the Company saying my cooker was arriving the following day. I sat in as no time was mentioned. Rang the Company at 12.16 to be informed that my cooker was the last in line to be delivered. No delivery....this is crap. If Heineken ran delivery companies it wouldn't be this one.

Long story short, I knew the products I wanted to order and added them to my online shopping cart and went to the checkout.. when ALL of the payment options on their site “failed” due to some kind of error with their site, I was unable to purchase what I needed. I decided to refresh the page after the issues, then found the items I had in my car were now completely sold out. When asking bonds customer service about the issue, they basically told me “too bad” and that I was welcome to go into the store to buy what I needed, as they were out of stock online. When advising I am 45 minutes drive from the nearest store and suggested they have a store post the items to me, they stopped replying to my messages and I haven’t heard anything since.
Also, previously I have asked about the quality of 2 items I have purchased, I was told that I would need to post them both back and that they would be “assessed” to determine the quality before deciding if I would receive a refund!
They really don’t care about their customers at all - despite the fact I have spent ALOT of money with them over the years.
I will no longer be purchasing from them.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced 🤦♀️ 13 weeks waiting for a delivery. Have sent countless emails back and forth with no outcome. I hate posting these things online but no one seems to want to be accountable in the customer services team. Really disappointing for such a well known brand 😔

Wrong coding
Ordered item and received completely different item. Followed procedures for return and appropriate exchange for correct item, which I was told was postage free, but had to pay postage because Australia Post did not recognise the coding. Then, received exactly the same wrong item again as the "correct" exchange. Complained to Bonds. They eventually refunded me, and told me to keep the unwanted item, but there was clearly an error in coding. Careless. However, Bonds were very apologetic.

I have just bought socks: The lightweight no show women's. Bonds state that they have have hidden grip help stay put. This does not happen, have to keep taking shoe off to pull up socks. Tried to ring but always busy. Live chat tell you to return but don't have receipt, so store will not accept.
Bonds did call me and said they would send an email to follow up with my complaint.But no email and no follow up..Will no buy Bonds again

Atrocious Customer Service
UPDATE: It has been 2 months now and still no goods. Bonds customer service still does not respond to my emails. DHL no longer has tracking for the item because it is so old. This is RIDICULOUS. The order number was #516359394 in response to the reply from bonds.
The website has incredibly misleading international shipping times. It says 14 business days. It has been two months now to ship from Oz - USA and my clothes for my infant spent an entire month in NZ for some reason without moving. Who knows where they are now?! Not I or Bonds apparently. I also order from stores in the UK (same distance roughly to California). The items arrived within 4 working days. Also delivered via DHL. They clearly are not the problem. The Bonds customer service was truly shockingly bad when I finally spoke to them. My child has sized out of her current clothes since the Bonds ones have taken so long to arrive, and I will have to buy duplicate clothes at an unnecessary cost to me. Bonds today told me they will not cancel the order or do international returns. They didn't even offer a discount for seriously inconveniencing the customer. Complete waste of money. Infuriating customer service. Will never use them again and will definitely make sure the people who recommended Bonds to me in the first place hear this so that they do not recommend this company to anyone else/discontinue their own use.
Bottom line: THIS TRANSACTION SHOULD BE FULLY REFUNDED. I entered a contract for sale of goods that has NOT been fulfilled. Will my child be a full grown adult by the time these clothes arrive? Who knows? I am going for yes - most likely at this rate.

Terrible customer service and I dont recommend their maternity tights at all as they are poor fitting.
Bonds has replied below but I have already been in touch with their customer service department and received very unsatisfactory help.
I purchased from Farmers Dept Store and already had to exchange 1 pair as they had a faulty seam. Farmers were great about this. Now that I have worn the tights a couple of times I have found that they constantly fall or roll down even though they are within the correct size guide on the pack. They are the full length comfy top tights.
Bonds told me to return to the store but it is more of a design fault and I expected better from a large company.

Please make payment policy obvious.
Was looking to send feedback privately, but I couldn't find an option.
I want to preface this with a simple; "I don't mind having my cash rejected. It's understandable in these times".
However I encourage Bonds Stores to-
1) Have signage up notifying customers as they enter the shop,
And
2) Not tell customers they can't even open their tills to accept.
Because the second my order was cancelled (after spending 15 minutes selecting my items), the till popped open 🤭
I don't appreciate being lied to, and I don't really like wasting my time.
Staff were fantastic, bonds items still good.
Just a policy you may want to rethink...

Op 2 mei de verfset besteld bij Bondas. Nl. 3 keer is de datum veranderd naar latere datum om te leveren. Nu zijn alle pagina's verdwenen en vind je niks meer terug. Geprobeerd om te e-mailen om verhaal te halen waar de levering blijft maar zelfs de mails komen niet toe op op hun mail-adres. Dus ook fake mailadres. Smerige praktijk en reinste oplichting
