Ordered 250$ worth of clothing at the…

Ordered 250$ worth of clothing at the beginning of November. The item was being shipped to Ireland. Tracking details showed no movement from 7th Dec. I have been in contact on numerous occasions and I keep getting a generic email to say when they receive the parcel back I will be refunded. I never received the ordered items and now they won’t reply to my emails. Never again.

I called to enquire about missing parcel. And the attitude I received from Rachel customer service operator was low grade
She said it’s been delivered and you got an email we can’t help it sorry.
Can’t do anything go and call AUs post .

Sent a return back on 23/11/20 using…

Sent a return back on 23/11/20 using Australia Post label provided by Bonds. Tracking number Return has not been delivered back. Lodged an inquiry with Australia Post only to be told Bonds would have to follow up as it was sent back with their account through Australia Post. Did an online webchat with Bonds regarding issue and advised it would be followed up.
Sent an email regarding issue, still no reply.
I have returned these items and have no refund and no assistance from Bonds. Will not buy from again

I had to chase a refund for out of stock item

Ordered 4 sports bras, got 3 with no paperwork or indication of a change. Had to email customer service to query it, they said it was out of stock and processed a refund. I understand confusions in stock levels, but they should email and process the refund when fulfilling the order, not making me chase it.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on November 14 2020 and it has not even arrived to Canada yet nevermind its actual destination. I have been in this terrible back and forth conversation with the customer service reps who just keep telling me to be patient. Problem is the items are baby clothing and will no longer fit if the parcel ever does arrive. Every time I have asked for a refund as the parcel is obviously lost I keep being to told to be patient and to stay safe! I realize Canada is not next door but the flight should not take 31 one days. The international phone number on their website does not even work so speaking directly to customer service is impossible. All in all my worst online shopping experience in over 15 years...

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased two pairs of berlei sports bras in the same size as the other pair that I currently own but when I received the items they were too small. All I wanted was a simple exchange for a bigger size but Bonds refused to do this advising that "change of mind" was not accepted for returns. Firstly an item that is too small or does not fit is not a change of mind, a change of mind is "Oh I don't like the colour or I simply do not like it". Secondly, I was simply asking for a bigger size, I did not want a refund, I just wanted the items exchanged for a bigger size so I could actually wear them!

Rachel and Ayen from bonds continued to argue with me that their current policy of "no change of minds accepted" meant that this included items that were too small. I suggest that Bonds update their policy if this is the case and clearly state this as their current policy does not.

Unfortunately, Bonds cares more about receiving the money and a once of transaction that what it does about ensuring they provide good customer service, a happy customer as well as a customer that will return.

Would not recommend anyone purchase anything from the Bonds Outlet.

A disappointing BONDS experience

I purchased items from BONDS within Australia thru after pay on 11/11/20 no confirmation email a month later I attempted to contact customer service automated message couldn’t speak to an actual customer service, they should call it automated service anyhow emailed again customer service it was undelivered ! Contacted parramatta store and was told they can’t help me as I haven’t received the products !!!! Really that was the issue people!
I reached out to after pay where I got a prompt reply few days later about 18/12/20 I finally received my order! One item not wat I expected I wanted a refund, went to parramatta store and was told by store manager (jasmine) if that was her real name that I have no proof of purchase they can’t refund me!
I explained I never received confirmation email and the packaged arrived late with no receipt however I have proof of purchase on after pay but she refused saying that’s not gd enough! Sorry to say she was rude unprofessional and dimining! It’s no longer about the product it’s about the principal behind it! It is within my right to refund it is within my right to expect a respectable response! I expect a reply back not an automated one an actual dignified reply!
I expect and apology for the experience and a refund for my item!

I placed an order on 6-Sep-20 and I am still waiting for it. Its been 3.5 months and in spite of numerous complaints, most of which went unacknowledged, the best and only response I've received from them is to check with India local post, as if it's no longer their responsibility to ensure delivery. We've received orders from US during Covid, so Covid is no excuse! The package is clearly lost and they refuse to refund the money. I can't help but feel cheated by Bonds!

CRAP SERVICE!!!

Bonds does NOT deserve 1 star!!!! I placed an order on 30 Nov 2020 and still waiting for it to arrive!!!!....can someone tell me where the hell is coming from??? I am in Sydney so what is the delay? and please no one tell me that it's due to Covid!!!!! In the last few months I've even purchased pantry items from South America and those arrived within 8 days!!!! I tried ringing Bonds (like everyone else) and you can't get an answer. I received a tracking number which shows the items have not even been packaged!!! and I may received them by 24/12?! There are Christmas presents in that order. . .what the hell! Bonds get your act together and NEVER again promote a SALE if you can't cope with the demand. NEVER AGAIN!

Once an Australian icon

Once an Australian icon, now I am embarrassed that this former wholesome brand has fallen so far. Terrible customer service, just flat out not replying to emails. I purchased some items a month ago, it took two weeks before I received a notification about shipping, another two weeks until the package arrived, during which time I actually moved house and tried to contact Bonds several times to stop the delivery or redirect it.

Their phone message clearly doesn’t want to help, there’s just a voicemail on there that says that they are too busy to take calls...

Soo, I received the package today after stalking my old house LOL, opened it up and just shocked to find that the items aren’t even folded. Literally hoodies and trackies just shoved in the bag, and some have marks on them already. The tags are all bent and dogeared as well, I know that’s not necessarily important but every online retailer has managed to up their game and deliver an experience that is comparable or exceeds the instore experience, this was just a slap in the face. I know crushed clothes can be ironed, but it was like they were literally shoved in the bag with hate and frustration by the poor person on the other side packing them...

Between the absolute lack of response to my several emails, unwillingness to accept a phone call and then second hand looking clothes, it was pretty much a woeful experience.
Also, using the excuse of Covid doesn’t fly. If it was March or April, or during lockdown, perhaps, but Sydney has been up and running and well for several months now.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Placed an online order on 30th Nov. Thinking as the warehouse is in Australia, the items would be packed and arrive before Christmas (we live in NSW). Followed up the items on live chat yesterday after receiving no word on the items being packed or dispatched in the fortnight. Requested the address of the parcel to be changed to where we will be holidaying over Christmas. One would think as the items have not been packed etc. that this would be possible. The outcome is that the parcel that is yet to be "put together" cannot be re-addressed by Bonds. It has occured to me it would have been quicker to order items from overseas! As a result, I will be shopping today for baby clothes to take on holidays with us. Very poor service. Disappointing from a large brand. I would not recommend online ordering with Bonds.

Been a loyal customer for over 10 years, wear each pair once a week and they have always lasted up to 2 years, brought 4 new this year,have just put my foot through the 3rd pair at under 6 months . They no longer stack up financially. Moving on, shame

Bad Online Service

I ordered on 10th November, since then I have received multiple emails saying my order will be dispatched shortly but I am yet to receive the international tracking number confirming it has been posted, also a few of the items have also sold out since I made the purchase. Their online and delivery service is extremely disappointing. Lets see if I receive my items before Christmas.

We did have a system error which meant that a lot of Bonds orders from the 11th were not processed, however these have now been fixed. BONDS Bloody Comfy Undies

BONDS - I’ll see you every month until I’m in menopause. I “hmmm’d” and “nahhhh’d” for far too long before committing to the Bonds Bloody Comfy Undies. I love a good pun so the name alone that translates to “female period nappy” was genius so yes, that contributed to my decision to get on board of the feared fad.
The “time” arrived. As per usual, PMS and body dysmorphia was high, the tampon box was under stocked and I avoid pads like Covid hot spots so on went my heavy duty undies. Initial thought was that the fit was comfy - It hugged in all the right places and as I inspected the appearance I concluded that my new vaginal outfit was aesthetically pleasing. It’s no match to a diamanté thong, but the only date I have at this time of the month is with Netflix and Cadbury and they certainty don’t mind my thick labia containing lingerie. I was highly skeptic that one pair alone could contain my reenactment of the parting of the Red Sea, so I spent the first hour hovering around a bathroom to check for any indication that I’d wasted my money on a trendy nappy. Each time though, I was left shocked. Affordable, highly absorbent, smell containing and far more discreet than a misshaped pad or a rogue tampon string hanging down my leg, my new best friend was comfortably hitting its tampon capacity benchmark. Even when I slept, rolling around like a bloated wombat on heat, they remained in position and kept their promise to protect my white sheets from Aunt Flo. My first pair of undies handed the baton to my second purchased pair when its job was complete and went straight in the wash with no problems. Together, we finished off my period without even looking at the orphan tampon rolling around my bag. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be seeing these again in 28 days!

Am amazed that such a large company…

Am amazed that such a large company could be this astoundingly poor. I made my first order containing 3 different products, after about a week of waiting my order was cancelled with a reason stating all products were out of stock. I was not apologized to and the discount off the product had finished. I complained to bonds customer support who couldn't be bothered responding. Pathetic!!!!

If there was a No star rating that…

If there was a No star rating that would be my go to! I ordered $107 worth of bonds goods for a birthday today and next week Monday when I initially paid for it it said estimated delivery would be tomorrow 19th Nov , next day it said delivery my 25th Nov and now its says 27th Nov. I wish I saw all these negative comments about others experiences it wouldve changed everything. I've emailed now and waiting for a response to get a full refund for as quick as they took my money.
