Horrible Service

Made an order in Bonds on the 28th June, order number is 520131138. Only one item in this order which is Reverse Weave Hoodie Siesta Pink.

This morning, I went to Live chat to ask about the status of the order. The agent told me that the item is out of stock and had to cancel my order. It is impossible because on 29th June I look around Bonds website, this item is running full sizes. Also, at this moment, the Champion Australia website is running full sizes as well. The most fuming thing is, if I didn't go to the Live Chat this morning, I will never know there is a problem of my order. There is no cancellation email send to me.

I went to Live chat in the afternoon again, another agent admitted the cancellation is not due to out of stock. It is because my order didn't meet the limit to get the free shipping for international orders. There is a system error when I ordered. The system didn't charge me for international shipping fee. The agent said he/she cannot help because it is refunded.

One more thing, when I finished placing the order on 28th June, the order status is on hold and I immediately went into Live chat, an agent helped me to fixed it and at that time, he/she didn't say that there is any problem of my order. If there is an error, why he/she didn't notify me at that time.

It is ridiculous that your company having the system error and the customer need to suffered because of your mistake.

I just want to order the item again at the same price I ordered on 28th June. I can provide an Australia shipping address as well. Hopefully, I can get a response from Bonds representative.

The items themselves are great however…

The items themselves are great however the customer service department is very poor. After sending 2-3 emails, no response from an actual human via email. Bought items online and had to wait 2 weeks before even getting notice that it was finally being picked and packed! By this time I had already gone out and bought something else as a replacement for the baby gift I was buying for. Clothes arrived about a week later after picking and packing, eventually. Pretty poor experience as a member and expecting that what you are buying will be delivered in a week or 2 maximum, or at the very least picked and packed a day or 2 after purchase.

Went into Pacific Fair store…

Went into Pacific Fair store yesterday,we were on a weekend away, previously all staff have been lovely.
Woman that served usher name was Kim,middle aged blond woman, nothing short of rude.Hardly even spoke or looked at us, just served us no interaction,I actually asked how she was & how her day was going just virtually got a grunt, why be in customer service if you clearly don't enjoy your job!

worst service

Ordered something over a week ago. Bonds claims to have shipped the item, but according to the tracking number, Australia Post hasn’t even received the item yet and it has just been sitting somewhere for almost another week now. Bonds keeps ignoring all my emails about my order. Ridiculous service. Never ordering from Bonds again. Didn’t even get my money back.

My order number is #519498123 incase some Bonds representative sees this and actually cares enough to respond.

Purchased large order a month ago and nothing

I purchased a large order from Bonds a month ago and have reached out to them directly 4 times for them to not send a response or even attempt to contact me. If I don't hear back soon I will be filing a charge back with my bank and posting every review so no one else goes through this.

Delivery never arrived - customer service terrible

I ordered some items from Bonds at the end of May. They have been sitting at the distribution centre since the 31 May 2021. Have contacted Bonds via their website twice now with no response. Won't be purchasing bonds anymore, had enough of the terrible service and not our problem attitude they have nowadays. Sad for a brand that was once really good.

After writing this review happy too say i had someone contact me and this has now been fixed up... thank you Michelle. I had alot better dealing with you, and a far better result hopefully my boy has alot more wear from these new zippies.. thank you 😁

I brought 2 bonds zippies for my son 1 he wore once before the stitching all came undone on the legs the other i brought a while ago and same thing happened after about half a dozen times of wearing.. i emailed bonds my concerns and disappointment in the products and explained.due too me not havj g kept my receipts the store i purchased them.from werent able too do anything.. Their reply was disgusting too say the least was advised too return products too place of purchase with receipts and see what the store manager said... when paying roughly $26 per outfit i excpeted them too last longer... and im sure im not the only one whom doesnt keep receipts after the first waah etc... from a multi million dollar company i expected more ! Wont be purchasing bonds ever again, if they produce poor quality and then dont wish too help rectify the problem... take it as a $50+ lesson learnt

Worst online attempt to purchase ever

Worst online attempt to purchase ever. The site six. The payment interface rejected the transaction 20x. Had to input my ADDRESS EVERYTIME !
Customer service instructions x 2 failed.
Find another supplier.

UPDATE: June 7, 2021 - Despite the reply below from BONDS, I have heard nothing from BONDS and the issue has NOT been resolved.

Quality gone

I have been buying bonds t -shirts ( for 20 yrs) ... no more! The dyes fade badly within 3 cold washes & after 6 months holes appear around neck band & shoulders & basically the garment is an out of shape rag , dyes and fabric are rubbish . I get it, we are meant to keep buying & binning. I would rather pay triple & have a garment that doesn't look like crap after 3 washes.

Web-site ordering issues

After a lengthy time choosing the items on my order, the Bonds web-site froze repeatedly at check out. When I tried the online chat to get help, it froze as well. Then tried the online help which took me through a series of questions, none of which applies to ordering. I then tried to ring our local Bonds store because there was no online ordering contact phone number, but no answer, and no store phone message. Great products, shocking on line and phone service. I will probably be able to order the same products from Myer.

Do not order Bonds outside of AUS

Do not order from Bonds outside of Australia. I have ordered items worth >200AUD and the parcel has never arrived at my place. Bonds did refuse to track, resend or refund the amount of money paid.

Update: BONDS has come back to me and sent the order again. Item have now arrived! thanks!

The worst company I’ve ever had to deal…

The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Have been waiting on my order since the 30th of March. Order 518513681 says still in processing. Have attempted to email twice with the same automated response. Have tried to call with the same automated response. Can’t get through to anyone at customer service. Don’t ever buy from this company!! My baby will be born before these clothes arrive!!

I have been waiting nearly a month for…

I have been waiting nearly a month for my online order to arrive (ordered in Australia for Sydney delivery). When I followed up I got an email saying my order is now being prepared for dispatch from the warehouse, that was days ago and still no dispatch or tracking number email, no correspondence at all, no apology, nothing. I called the 1800 customer service number and got their voice recorded message which went no where. I’ve now tried to contact them on Facebook messenger as a last resort. This is insane, I just want my order. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and bought all my maternity gear from Bonds which I need NOW. This has got to be the most frustrating online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Pickup your game Bonds, this is not acceptable from such a big company.

Don't buy/trust this company.

After reading all the bad reviews here, why not add mine. Also noticed bonds has an automated same response to every bad review.
Having absolutely rediculous problems in trying to return some poor quality items to bonds. Lodged my return online, told I had to return it in store. In store told me I had to have a QR code to do return. Walked out got into online chat with bonds, whom told me they DONT give out QR codes. She gave me an order number to use. (All my email receipts aren't accepted instore). Went back into the store told them bonds dosnt give QR codes anymore. Gave them the number, got to the the end of a lengthy process for a refund back to afterpay. And yep the only option not offered for a refund, afterpay! Zip, credit cards everything else but the method I used for payment. Of course!!
I was off offered a gift card instead. Ahh no! I won't be purchasing bonds anymore. So I went back to a customer dispute email I had started. First of all they can't respond because so inundated by emails. Gee I wonder why. Second I was told the QR code is found in the shipment email notification. Umm no it's not, and the online chatters (when it's operating and they don't cut you off) said they don't give the codes but email support saids they do. So i will now be lodging a complaint with fair trade to get my refund owed. As others have had to do in other countries. What a joke. Bonds your a disgrace to our country. Your no longer iconic to many! Stop ripping people off.

I ordered online six black trunks and was sent an assortment of colours instead. Their website 'return' function does not operate properly and I have no confidence in their promises. My delivery notice was sent to someone else's email address - who else is Bonds sending my information to?

Bonds promotes its easy returns…what a joke!

Bonds promotes its easy returns service. It is a ridiculous not easy returns service. Filling in the returns form online takes half an hour. After returning 6 pairs of trunks I got credited for 1 pair. I got a snarky response from customer service that its my error as I didn't correct the returns form which had the incorrect order quantity. This remains unresolved as its my responsibility to fill out pre-populated forms correctly. So not helpful! Customer service doesn't want to help the customer at all! I will never order from BONDS again!

Bad Customer Service. Stolen Money

I buy underwear from BONDS all the time and I have found that I like them. however I bought some comfy pants from BONDS and then tried to return them because they were too small. its been months and I still have not received a refund. I have been emailing them for the last month and they just claim its not in their warehouse very single time I email them. even though its been over 2 months since Australia post told me it was delivered to them.

Hi I placed a online order on 27th December 2020 and it is now March and still have not received my parcel. I live in Australia and have sent endless queries to Bonds and have received the same generic email response and nothing further. I have bank statement proof that it was paid for.
