Do not shop here!

I ordered some items online 3.5 weeks ago after going into the bonds outlet store and they did not have any stock available of the size and style I was after and I also couldn’t try anything on either because of their covid rules. After receiving the items purchased online 3.5 weeks later, I tried them on but they were too small. I went back into the Bonds Outlet store and they said I couldn’t exchange it return the items in store and it would have to be done online. Now I am struggling to reach anyone via phone or email at Bonds so I can return the items. I ended up purchasing the items elsewhere because I didn’t want to wait another 3.5 weeks to get a new size delivered and I needed them urgently. When I try ringing the bonds outlet number it just hangs up because of “limited resources” and the email link doesn’t work either. This has honestly been the worst experience I have had and I will never shop there again.

I wish i could rate them 0. I ordered almost a month ago and still haven't received my order. There is no way of contacting them other than their stupid website form which is totally useless. They take ages to respond back and blame postage delay for the order. On top of it they refunded 2 items out of the order without telling me why. Totally useless crap dont buy from here. They are conning you!

Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience. I placed an Order on 8th September for my baby as they had ongoing sale and was very happy about the discount and purchase and suddenly I get a mail on 25th that my order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded with no valid explanation. This was very sad .They still have sale going on but with the higher prices .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Worst I have ever experienced.
I placed an order on their website and it stated that if you were a Bonds & Me member, you were eligible for free shipping. I logged into the “Bonds & Me” login section and ordered my items and however when I checked the receipt in my email, it stated that a shipping fee was charged. I emailed customer service and they advised I was not a Bonds & Me member, even though I can log in to their Bonds & Me section on the website. They refused to give me a refund for the shipping fee even though it is very clearly a technical error on their side. They then cancelled my order and refunded me everything except the shipping fee. Not sure if this is some sick joke but absolutely APPALLED by this customer service. I checked on the website and the items I had ordered are still in stock so not sure why my order was cancelled?

Processing times are ridiculous

Their processing times are outrageous currently. Yes we are in a pandemic but I haven't had the experience with any other business where after 9 days they still haven't packed your order. They are impossible to reach and online queries come back with an automated response blaming covid for their delay times. I don't usually buy from them and regret placing an order with them now.

Very poor online shopping experience

Very poor online shopping experience. Ordered 2 items and didn’t even receive email confirmation. Emailed company 3 times with NO reply. I have had to lodge issue with PayPal as there is no way of contacting this company as they have no one answering calls.

Very disappointed will defo not use bonds again.

Bonds - they pretty much use slave labour to make their products. Their underwear (nickers) are as dear as ever and use what seems to be cheaper than ever material. Bought nickers - and after one wash they got a hole in them. After only a couple of weeks wear they were stretch and had stretched see through parts. 3 months on they have 2 more holes. Bonds should be disgusted in their product, their values and themselves! My family and I will never purchase bonds again. Back in the day they were the best and lasted over a year. Very disappointing- wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. Would have given no stars but that option wasn’t available.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Trying to return an item purchased online. No returns label attached to my email. I have emailed 3 times over the last week and received no response. Can not speak to anyone on the phone. No live chat available. Why is it so hard?

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. All I need is a returns label - wasn’t attached in the email they sent me when I lodged my return. Have sent 3 emails & no response. Waiting on the phone for 30 mins & then selected the call back option - 2 days later & still no call back. Your returns system should not be this difficult. Can you please email me my returns label so I can return my items. Due to this experience, I will not be shopping with you online again.

Bonds offensive ads are bleeding my ears

Bonds offensive ad campaign has ​stolen the innocence of my little kids with the ridiculous "cheer through the bleed" campaign.

Young girls of Australia have the right to peacefully enjoy their innocence without Bonds imposing their offensive, overly sexualised content on free to air television.

In their hunger for market share Bonds lost sight of what is decent and what's good for Australian girls and families.

I place an order on the 4th of August 2021 . After few days Bonds ask me for my address and after 10 days still they didn’t deliver and then I receive an email advice me that when they receive the items back they send me a refund after 1-2 months.

Bonds has some very shady tactics

Bonds has some very shady tactics. One of which is to sell items and if they run out of stock during a sale will not notify you of anything or keep your order on back order. Nor will they refund your money. No, they will without consulting you put it in store credit. So if you decide to find a good sale on their website there's a good chance all your money you spent will just become store credit. They will not explain anything or contact you or reply to emails. They are happy to keep it as store credit even though you never received anything, returned anything or even changed your mind. I'm not sure if it's a ploy to get you to pay full price or to hope you don't notice and forget and get to keep your money without providing anything in return. I will try not to buy anything bonds from now on an will continue to try and get my money back. It's been a month so far.

Refund is taking over 30 days

Have been told my refund will take 30 days. Very dodgy when other companies will refund within a couple of working days. It has put me off ever ordering from them again.

Cancels order, withholds money and does not let you know that your order isnt coming.

You will not get notified if your item is not coming. It is only when you ask, they tell you its cancelled then give you a refund.

Absolutely Unacceptable

On 26/06/21 I placed an order for a Champion Hoodie and mens underwear (4pcs). On 9th July I received an email from Bonds informing me that my item had been shipped. Of the total order placed I only received 2 of the underwear and the balance underwear was now not in stock, and they would be crediting back the money to me. There was no mention of the champion hoodie that I had ordered. I contacted Bonds on 13th July to follow up on my remaining order only to be told that the champion hoodie was now not in stock and hence they would be making a refund to my account. This is absolutely unacceptable as my order went through as the items were in stock at the time. There was no communication from Bonds on the status of my order or that the item was out of stock. It was only when I contacted customer service to follow up on my order was I told that they could not fulfill my order and would be refunding back my money. Its sad to note that a big company like Bonds cares so little about their customers making them chase up on their orders that were placed in good faith, believing that items are in stock and will arrive on time.

I have a 1963 vintage genuine bonds …

I have a 1963 vintage genuine bonds "T" shirt retrieved from my mother's attic in 2008 when she passed away and I have always used your T shirts but I bought a pack of 2 as they are sold at the Big W stores and my size has always been 16, I got my 1963 T shirt out of being put away because of its sentimental value to me and I weighed it to compare the weight of your current T shirts to my 1963 shirt and it weighed twice as much as 2 of your current T shirts made in China.
It's very obvious that the quality of your product in 1963 was light years ahead of your product made in China today, which once washed my Chinese T shirts turn into size 18, so I know that the Chinese are ripping you off and so are people like me who once bought nothing but Bonds products and that is so disappointing.
