Order worth 200$ never arrived, Customer Service doing nothing to help
What happened to Bonds Customer Service? I am terrified - my parcel (order placed on 17th December 2021) went missing (the tracking code provided never worked) and Bonds team is not replying to my emails and messages. Parcel not delivered, no refund offered and I am basically being ignored. Order worth almost 200$. There is a support case opened, I contacted you via chat, via Facebook, but I am being totally ignored. WHY? 🙁 I am shocked. This meant to be a suprise parcel with Bonds Wondersuits for my family but I now regret placing this order as I am now short of money and the aftertaste of the Customer Service is just terrible. Avoid :(

Terrible customer service online. Order didn't arrive, so I contacted them a month after. Informed my order came from an unauthorized address (which they had posted to previously...so go figure...), so they just cancelled my order instead of offering a store collection. I guess there goes my Birthday voucher too. No worries - No more sales for them. I'm heading elsewhere with my purchases.

Website is not mobile friendly. Takes too long to load a thing, and majority is not functional. Also; items are too often out of stock. Have been looking and trying to buy a simple pair of original tracksuit pants, on a weekly basis for over a year.. and still sold out. Unable to buy, due to such webstore errors and stock issues.

Worst customer service ever
After reading what has happened to others with bonds online. I don’t feel I need to tell my entire drama. But the short version. After paying for and not receiving my online order. And numerous conversations with customers servers. And 3 stores. I found out my order was not sent to me because after I paid for it it had gone on sale and they would not sent it to me as I had paid full price. Things got even worse when after speaking to a store manager at one store who had the item put on hold for me at my local store. But expected me to chase customer service to get the order on line order canceled and ready pay for it in store. As I was working during their working hours I couldn’t call. Then went into the store (Southland) to see if the could help me. They stood there holding my order which I had paid for and refused to give it to me. As I had made an online order. After trying to make me feel bad about the situation for 1/2 a hour I left empty handed. They contacted me a couple of hours later saying they canceled my online order (which could have been done while I was in the store). And when my refund comes through I could go in store and repurchase the order. I did do that however I honestly expected some form of competition for all the trouble they had put me through. The store manager said this was out of her hands. And let her area manager know and I would be contacted. Well gee it’s been a couple of weeks now. So I take it I won’t be hearing back from them now that they have my money. They gave the worst customer service I have ever received. Were rude tried to make me feel bad I was asking for help getting a product they had and I had paid for. Made me continually have to chase it up. And no one even not even manages can approve anything. “Or they personally will get in trouble and they will have to pay for your product”. I have never heard the biggest load of BS in my life.

Worst online purchase experience. Took 3 weeks to confirm the order (seriously)? No updates until I requested refund from PayPal, and finally arrived package got missing item and no communication before that at all. Now I understand why your brand are straggling.

Shockingly Bad Service
I really wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I made an online order 2 weeks ago and apparently it's not even been shipped. Money was taken out of my account pretty sharpish though. It's practically impossible to contact anyone - livechat is switched off, there's no telephone number, only an email contact page thing with no confirmation the email has been sent or that someone will actually respond. It seems that Bonds might be experiencing a number of issues. (Although I question whether simply shutting off access to your customer service is the right way to deal with it?)
It's actually appalling. Goodness knows whether I'd actually get my order (I can't cancel it, even though it hasn't been shipped) or whether simply my money has disappeared off into the night ...
I've used all sorts of dodgy looking websites from all sorts of random places, not one of them turned out to be as dodgy a this one!!! If you're in the same boat as me - I wish you luck!

Do not order from bonds online
Do not order from bonds online. I ordered 2 weeks ago and the items have not been dispatched. I ordered the short sleeve and short leg wondercool wonder suits for my 4 month old baby to wear while we are in Queensland over the summer but it looks like they won’t get here on time. I contacted bonds and asked that they either send via express post, convert the order to click and collect or cancel the order and refund. They would not do any of those things. So they will probably sit at the post office waiting for collection and then be returned to bonds as I will not be able to collect them. Bad service e bonds!!
Update it took more than 4 weeks for the order to even be dispatched. Also you will only ever talk to a bot.

Undelivered package
I have been a local customer since 2019.. and recently 2 of my order didn't arrive. It's disappointing and they were meant for newborn gift. Contacted the customer service and they asked me to call DHL myself? Shouldn't BONDS be responsible on tracking the parcel and assure the customer that the parcel will arrive?
With this, I have no confidence in this brand anymore. My two order number that didn't arrive: 517553557 and 522109253

I purchased Christmas pjs on the 25th of november. When checking on my order it had disappeared from my account page. Upon trying to reach customer service which is impossible, i was told initially that i hadnt paid and needed to reorder & had live chat support hang up. When i provided proof of payment they said i needed to contact my financial institution as i hadnt completed the sale, then when i provided proof of completed sale they said oh well we no longer have it in stock so we will refund you. So the items i already purchased were on sale - the items are available at other stores at full price and they were not willing to help me. I have even already purchased items to match for family photos which are now useless. Disgusting customer service. Will never buy anything from them again.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. We ordered nearly $300 worth of clothes for our son 6+ weeks ago. We are still waiting. When customer service has been contact, every time we have been told the have opened an investigation with DHL and are waiting. They do not accept liability and quite frankly their customer service has been terrible. We won’t ever shop bonds again.

Only bad experiences
The two experiences I've had have just been so negative. First a zipper fell off on the first use. After about 20 emails with support asking silly questions like what's the exact SKU of the exact item and things they should know from their end they finally credited my account, they wouldn't even fully refund me! Then when I used the credit to buy something else it took a month to ship so was too small by that point for my daughter. Trying to return it now and there's something wrong with their portal so it doesn't let me. Just really bad experiences all round.

Order placed TEN weeks ago and not received. Have tried to contact multiple times through email, socials, website and receive the same generic response ‘allow time due to covid delays’ which is obviously incorrect as ten weeks is crazy!! $150 down the drain STAY AWAY!!!

Appalling Customer Service
Absolutely appalling customer service at the Bateau Bay Outlet. I was made to feel dirty and that i had the plague. I went to store showed i was vaxed and showed mask exemption. I was then told by the Manager to be quick as they couldnt let anyone else in store and they would have to sanitise when i left they were making out i had covid just because i was exempt from wearing a mask any body can have covid with of without a mask and over the past week i have been to many stores and not once received this treatment when i queried the Manager she advised she was following Bonds protocols well their protocols are disgusting and they are not following NSW Health guidelines. I would give no stars if i could

Utter rubbish!
I have raved about Bonds for several years now but I am now done!
One order lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier…. No refund as still in transit! Er no, even the carrier says it’s lost! No reply to try and sort.
2 orders still processing after 10 days (pre Moana release so they can’t blame that!)- No answer to emails, no live chat and now no idea what is happening with them!
Material is getting cheaper and cheaper and the customer service is the absolute worst.
For a company that once made beautiful children’s clothes with great customer service, how has it gone so wrong?

I have been buying from Bonds for years but wow Bonds customer service has really gone downhill. I can see from the other reviews here that this is a common experience lately.
I only received a third of my order, so I had to contact them... there is no longer a phone number (I know Covid restrictions make things more difficult but can't call centre workers work from home??).. I got directed to live chat... but live chat was down... sent an email... I got an automated response saying 'your case will be closed unless you reply'... I replied... automated response saying they will get back to me within 2 days... no one ever got back to me - I just received a refund for my missing items.
I wanted those items (they were on sale) and I used a birthday voucher which I have now partially forfeited. Thanks a lot BONDS! Not keen to repeat that experience. The only way they could change my mind would be to send me my missing items for the price that I paid for them. I have said as much in an email... awaiting a reply - hopefully from an actual person! Terrible service
Purchased from Bonds early September and am yet to receive product or a refund. Every time I email the company they send a generic email back and have unsuccessfully resolved my issue. Extremely disappointed to have such a poor experience with such a big brand
