Amazing gear, Louis, Seb and Damian are cool guys, can’t do enough to help, would thoroughly recommend

I won a bobhead reaper helmet on ignite comps, the helmet is great however I lost the RHS visor securing mechanism on motorway.
Contacted bobhead UK and EU they can't help so I've got a lid that ain't worth a pot to piss in.
I would have paid I was not expecting to have it for free.
I'll steer clear

Extremely poor and unhelpful customer service. Received a helmet as a gift and the visor screws fell out whilst on a ride. Reported it to Bobhead on the phone, aiming for a replacement part (obviously happy to pay) who refused point blank to help without an order number - even considering their product is faulty. They didn’t even have the decency to phone me back, only to text me (like dealing with children) I’ve bought plenty of kit off them in the past which I’m happy with, however this has left a sour taste and I will not be purchasing any more products going forward. I’m in plenty of Harley groups I will be sharing this to, unless this is sorted out swiftly.

Not sure if I'm the first person to come off my bike while wearing the bobhead cargo trousers. I was surprised how badly the trousers held up at such a low speed I wouldn't personally purchase again, ripped through the 3 layers and down to the pad inside, and this didn't stop my knee from getting stuffed up, now I'm very skeptical of all these aa claimed kit not just bobheads

Ordered a hat and a t shirt, knowing the sizing is poor and very small I ordered an XL T shirt (Larges are normally a little baggy on me for every other brand.) The XL came and its just ridiculous, it's slightly larger than a medium would be. Although annoyed, I'd normally just sort a return out for a replacement T shirt however wanting to charge me 5£ to return a £27 t shirt is just ridiculous especially when the sizing guide is inconsistent. I'll resell it myself and take the hit, and just not purchase from Bobhead again.

Absolutely amazing I went to the store itself and was met with a very warm welcome and asked if I would like a coffee. They had a custom Harley on the shop floor as you walked in I asked questions which they were happy to answer. They started the bike and showed me it running. After trying on the armoured shirt and making sure it fit I went to the counter. I think the guy behind the counter was called Louis mentioned that if I signed upto the website I could get 10% off. I signed up and it gave me the code straight away. Their service is absolutely amazing I will be going back for more items in the future.

Staff were friendly and got some great gear, will be coming back again.

Quality was great and the products are all lovely and fit well.

After being wary about buying/finding company’s on instagram I decided to google bobhead and speak to someone.

Not only was the gentleman on the phone helpful, he also advised on other products regarding safety and sizing.

I brought the protective cargo combats. Great fit, comfy and delivery 4 days after ordering. I ordered on a Saturday.

Called in store today to find a jacket. Customer service and advice was second to none. Apologies can’t remember the name of the lad that served me but such a nice guy, deserves recognition, really knowledgeable and helpful. Leather jacket is amazing quality and aaa rated. Will definitely be buying more gear from you guys. The store is really cool aswell, so if you get chance call in. Thanks again.

Stay away from these scammers. This company has all the signs of a company closing down.

What happened...

I ordered several sizes and returned the items that didn't fit, keeping the two items that did.

DHL tracking confirmed that the items arrived back at Bobhead successfully on April 16. I spoke to customer support at Bobhead who also confirmed the items had arrived back with them.

I've had to chase several times for my refund, the last email from Bobhead said that they hadn't received the return items back, even though DHL tracking says otherwise, and even though they confirmed it themselves in a previous email!

The last email from Bobhead was on May 15th, since then they've been ignoring me despite emailing them several times.

I've had to open a chargeback request with my credit card company which will take 8 more weeks to settle. IF they settle in my favour that will be a total of 4 MONTHS to get refunded.

Just purchased a bob head bomber jacket arrived yesterday by delivery off the bat not impressed with how it’s shipped just in a bag.
And then I noticed the tag on the left sleeve is so low quality that the print is already peeling off and haven’t even worn the jacket

Wish it came with atleast one waterproof

I know a small detail but if you have a product have a little pride in quality control

Jacket seems comfy I like the loops at the bottom of the sleeve for hands but I probably won’t purchase again due to the terrible start

Its hard to describe, but guys, it was so pleasant to work with you. I saw your Reaper Jacket on facebook or Instagram (don't remember) and liked it very much. It was looking so cool. So as I am in Ukraine, I asked my good friends in UK to buy it for me, what they successfully did.
But I read description very fast and ordered wrong (for me) size. But who knew? And after recieving the package in Ukraine (what took about 3 weeks) I understood my fault.
I contacted guys in Bobhead, we cleared the situation, and I have sent the jacket back (no problem with return!!) and ordered new one but this time correct size that fits me perfectly! Thank you friends!
No question to the quality, its one of the best jackets I ever had. No. It's the BEST jacket I ever had. Everything is cool, leather, zippers, style, protection, no words.
My second order (this time Brando jacket) is already on the way to me.
Can't wait to put it on.

In the days of increasingly poor customer service, I feel I must mention this company. There was a problem with my first time customer discount. They went above and beyond to sort this out, with no hassle or drama. Truly was excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent products great price

A huge shout out to the staff at Bobhead. I needed to return an item (too small). The process was supposed to be straightforward, this proved not to be the case.
The item was dropped off for return to Bobhead and that’s when it all went pear shaped. It took 5 days for the item to reach the delivery depot and there it sat for 3 weeks. I exhausted every avenue in attempting to contact DHL e-commerce…….. Then……
Up steps the awesome staff at Bobhead. I screenshot the tracking info and these folks sorted it in a couple of hours. This shows that the Bobhead staff will go above and beyond.
Their service and customer service has been phenomenal, I really couldn’t fault it.
Thanks to the awesome team. Keep doing what you do. 🫡
