Followed their advice re size on their website.

Shirt came was too small they charge a return fee of £2.99 regardless of return reason.

Poor customer service.

These have been popping up as adverts for me for as long as I can remember & I’ve browsed a few times but always put off by the pricing which seemed excessive (although not as much as some). Eventually took the plunge & ordered the Astro & Benchmark. Was a bit sceptical on the size down advice but went with that anyway. Really happy with the shirts & when you realise the nice touches they have over shirts half their price you start to see their value. Sure the material is not the cotton I’m used to but it is still very comfy. Buttons have individual logos on them relating to the shirt type, out of sight button down collars, won’t wrinkle or shrink. Fit wise I did take the size down advice & am very happy with the room I have in the shirts without feeling baggy. I’d normally go for oversized to hide my lumps & bumps but don’t feel the need with these. Not sure if that’s a benefit of the material used or just the way they’ve been stitched together to fit.
Mine arrived within 3 days of placing the order so really can’t even grumble about that. I will be a returning customer

I bought two shirts as a treat to myself , the quality was poor . When I flipped up the collars the stitching wasn’t complete and I could see daylight through the collar.
I won’t be buying again you need to do better at those prices .

Got the Hosoi limited edition.
I have a dozen flannel shirts from makes like DVS, Levi’s, VANS etc all at double the cost, but only half as good as the Dixxon shirt.
This shirt is more like a chore shirt, as it’s quite stiff, but I like that.

I really like how their shirts look and they have high quality fabric, but there are two main problems for me.

Firstly, they use a fabric that has absolutely no give, no stretch. It's very soft but also quite rigid. If you are a person with any amount of belly, you will find this uncomfortable, because at your normal shirt size, the arm length is fine but the belly size is slim and without any fabric stretch it won't fit well.

Secondly, their European returns process is stupid - fully analog with no ability to track the process except by paying more on your end to track your own returns shipment. If you care about tracking your own return, you will pay at least 12-14 Euros to also return your item(s). So in the end, if you need to conduct a return, expect to lose 20-22 Euros in shipment fees (both for the original delivery and the tracked return shipping).

Had such high hopes for this company.
The website looks great, easy to follow and find what you want.
However.
I placed an order on Friday. Went through all the usual name, address, etc.. I added the signing up code, for 10% off, which didn't work, so proceeded without.
Then got to the shipping part. It had standard delivery or Next day, so I went for the expensive next day option, as I wanted it for Saturday.
Finished up, got all the normal emails..
Except when I got the 'Your order has shipped' email, it stated "next business day", not just "next day", as previously told.
This feels like I have been deceived, on purpose, in order to shake me upside down and get a few more coins from me.
I contacted them asking for the difference back, as their order process misled me, but just got a generic AI response, basically telling me there's nothing they can do.
What a shame, I really liked this company up to that point, and really saw myself buying more, if the quality of the shirt was good.
Regardless, I may just send it back, as I don't like being misled for profit.

I ordered a flannel shirt that arrived in good time. I'm really happy with it and have received lots of compliments. I had an issue with the account I setup due to my error. On conacting customer the issue was resolved promptly.

I bought a flannel but it got lost in the shipping proces.
After I contacted Dixxon they've tried to help me out.
Unfortunately it didn't solved the problem.
At first they wanted the send the flannel again but it was sold out.
They offered me to choose another flannel.
That one they shipped by an other company and it arrived 5 days later.
Happy with the shirt en the service.
Communicating took his time but that was okay for me.
Thanks to Scott and his pet. ;)

I’ve now ordered three shirts from these guys and I don’t think I’m going to stop. Really good quality material and put together really well to. Love the slot for my shades and the hidden micro fibre cloth to clean my shades. Would definitely recommend.

I feel compelled to write a review about Dixxon after the excellent customer service that I received from one of the members of staff, I ordered a shirt on 27th August for a wedding I was to attend on 30th August, before placing my order I contacted Dixxon customer services to ask if it would likely be delivered before 30th August. I received an email from Scott who was very helpful and said to email him once the order is placed and he will get it rushed out for delivery, true to his word he did this and I received the shirt in time for the wedding. Absolutely awesome customer service and the shirt is great, I will definetely buy again from Dixxon after this excellent service. Stay Awesome!

Advertises as a high quality flannel shirt but the one I purchased with 100% polyester made in China. After 2 washes it looks like I’ve warn it 100 times. Social media fad brand.

Vor 5 Tagen bestellt und heute kam es an. Ich bin absolut zufrieden. Tolle Qualität. Meine Hemden werde ich nur noch dort bestellen. Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen.

I have been buying regularly from Dixxons for a few years now. I love their products, fit and style. Until recently I have never had any issues with quality. On contacting the company the level of service I received in rectifying the problem has been nothing short of exceptional. Less than 24 hours after contacting them they have resolved the issue. I have always promoted this brand with friends and family and this has just backed up why there is no better clothing out there.

Got the Fender shirt. The quality for the money is excellent. Would say it was a bargain. Absolutely love the shirt

The measure of a company for me is how they deal with issues. I had a problem with an item I ordered. My email was answered within minutes and a resolution achieved very quickly - with a replacement item delivered in very quick time. The shirts are pretty great also! - Recommended.

Au top, j'ai déjà commandé au moins 10 fois... Impeccable, produits de qualité, le délais de livraison en France est d'environ 1 semaine. Seul hic si vous soulez retourner l'article les frais de port son à votre charge et faut compter 15€ pour le royaume uni.

Great shirts, reasonable delivery. I love this place and in the past year have bought ten of their shirts plus various accessories. No idea why all the low scores as I have never once had a problem with them
