I have just received my gloves,as usual fantastic quality kit just as I have come to expect from these guys.Well priced for the quality,not the cheapest but it will do the job I want it to.

Unfortunately I lost my last Reaper Sunglasses. They were taken off me when I crashed my motorbike. I love these shades, the icing on the cake. Well cool, stylish and feel & look good.
Everyone loves them. Not everyone has a pair. Unique, Stylish, comfortable, etc.

Visited the shop today for a pair of riding trousers and came out with all sorts!!. .riding shirts , tshirts casual hoodie ...their clothing looks fantastic and is excellent quality and fits really well.. I recommend visit the shop the guys In. there are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble... if you haven't been and you need new gear or just some casual clothing get down there you will not be disappointed

This may be a bit of a long read... but stick with me.

Last week, I finally put through my first order with Bobhead, having been following them and seeing their ads on Instagram for a while.

As I wasn't 100% sure of what size would work for me (if you're an XL for most shirts in the UK, than XXL would probably work best for you), I ordered two sizes of the same shirt (XL & XXL).

My order was delivered (By the terrible DHL, who didnt do their job well at all, but I now know that as of close of business last Friday, they are no longer the carrier for Bobhead,), and I did note that for what I expected the weight of the packed to be, it seemed a little light.

I opened the package and found that only the XL had been shipped. This was on Friday, getting close to 5pm.

I contacted Bobhead, initially pretty worried as it was clear I was speaking with a chatbot on their website, and then also intiailly after that via email (due to the speed the repsonses came in). I was assured that this was being taken in hand, and in my correspondance I suggested that a stock take/check would show that my XXL was still in their warehouse.

On Monday morning, I was met with an email to assure me that it was being dealt with and a fella named Richard was on the case. A few hours later Richard actually called me up on my mobile phone. Now, considering how bad customer service is these days, almost across the board, and something most of us are pretty much used to, getting the call was a (pleasant) shock/surprise.

Richard informed me that he could see that my XXL had not gone out with the order, and that one was being sent out that day via Royal Mail and would be be with me on Wednesday (today, as I write this). He also reassured me that he knew all too well about DHL and that they had finally been sacked off at the end of last week and a new carrier would be taking over. Carriers can pretty much make or break first impressions (and sunsequent ones) as the bridge between business and customer.

In summary: a mistake was not only rectified, it was done so with a rare human touch, meaning that what could have either been a standard (but successful) transaction, or a terrbible one, ended up being something better than run-of-the-mill.

So, on the basis of this, I will be placing another order very soon.

A business that acts in this way is what sets them aside from the competition—even the reasonably competent ones. Mistakes happen... but it's how they are dealt with that leaves a good impression. I do hope that they continue with this ethos as they inevitably grow their business.

3 years ago I had a serious motorbike crash and while the injuries were severe the one thing I didn’t have was road rash thanks to the Bob head shirt I had on. Always said I’d come back and replace it and I’ve managed to do that. Awesome to be able to do it and awesome to meet the lads. Amazing service and faultless kit that definitely works when it’s needed. Can’t recommend these lads enough.

Product and staff speak for themselves excelent product staff amazing and go the extra miles for you I have uad a dlfair bit of there bike gear and casual wear and can honestly say best I've ever had met the boys a few times in ireland bike fest and they sure no how to keep customers happy well done keep up the good work

I must admit from all I’ve herd and said about bob head I was excited to make my first order after a week I herd nothing and sent emails following up on my order after 10 days I got a reply part of my order was out of stock and when asked when the items would arrive it was a case tracking would be sent when dispatched this is 10 days on from original order date and multiple emails after this I cancelled the order and have decided to go else where and purchase different protective clothing as the service provided has put me off a shame as I always try to support local businesses

My husband and I started following the guys on YouTube after seeing them on bogan.The camaraderie of these guys is priceless and very entertaining. We had been wanting to visit the shop for a long time and managed to incorporate it during our van holiday from Scotland to Cheddar Gorge, Stonehenge then Rawtenstall. The shop did not disappoint. First we were met with Lewis, what a lovely guy, very knowledgeable on the products he was selling. He made us feel very welcome offering us coffee,water ect including our wee dog Dudley . The shop is well set out with plenty choices( my husband was like a kid in a candy shop) he did come away with a jacket, protective shirt and a shirt he was one happy camper. Thank you Lewis for taking the time with us and showing us round the shop you are a credit to the company.

First time visiting them. Met Lewis, what a great guy. Nice welcome cup of coffee. Talked me through their range and safety ratings of clothing. The place is well worth visiting. Well stocked, clearly priced and layed out well. Had my size in stock for everything I wanted. Really good quality gear. Can't wait to try it out on the bike.

After seeing Bobhead online then finally able to visit the shop I was greeted with warm and friendly attitude. Lovely shop to walk around, with no pressure to buy, and was offered a drink on entry. Plenty of stock to view and try on. Members of staff were full of knowledge on every item, everything was explained well. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely recommend the shop and the product quality.

Came up just to try for size and walked out with a cut. Really nice people explained the product.
