Absolutely awful property management company. Not sure how they have a 4 star rating. Terrible maintenance management

Great company to work for and 5 star service all the way!

Great company to work with.
Always very efficient and polite

As a company director at the time I helped to change from the management company that we had been forced to stay with for 10 years (countrywide) and Block are so much better helping to manage a complex 3 block development. Where they have particularly excelled is with managing the extremely complex issue of dealing with unsafe cladding on all 3 of our buildings. They quickly arranged for the best companies in the U.K. to quickly work through the process and now the development has been approved BSF funding. I would highly recommend Block Management

Troy and team are helpful and supportive.
No query is too minor and they have a sound network to get things done.
I’ve found them particularly helpful being new to both flat ownership and being an owner director.

Had the privilege of working with block management recently. We carried out extensive external refurbishment works. I would definitely recommend and would work with them in the future.

Great Company to work with and very efficient.

A reputable Property Management Company that is very proactive when maintenance issues arise.

We have worked with Block Management for many years now, we offer them a Total Fire Solution and offer many fire related services. I have always found their property managers and help desk advisors very knowledgeable and helpful. It is clear that they pride themselves on looking after the properties, ensuring that all aspects of building management are met positively and on time. If you are looking for a company to manage your block the look no further than the BM Team.

Great Property Maintainance company.
As a company whom carry out Maintainance on blocks they manage can safely say they are always contactable, responsive and get works needed done fast. All employees are helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

We have carried out Grounds maintenance to Block Management estates for a number of years, we have always found them to be professional, responsive and on the ball with regards to offering value for money for the residents.

I have been an electrical contractor for Block management for more than 3 years now and they are one of the only management companies I work with as they always want quality over quantity, pay on time and always available by phone or email.
