I normally pay my bills on time. Whoops I forgot this time. Due 21/12 and I receive a letter of demand on the 23/12, seriously this is a bit aggressive.

Blue NRG sent out letter of demand and referral to a debt collector, was sent out when bill was 2 days overdue at time of issuing letter of demand

The bill was issued 07/10/2022 and due 26/102022 for $22.51

The letter of demand was sent 28/10/2022 for $22.51

This is a COMPLETE over reaction

After reading the reply (you still did not understand the issue - It had nothing to do with the amount, it was due to the timing - 2 days after bill was due a demand letter sent out).

We moved and had our electricity re-connected at the new address but have continued to be charged for the old location

There was no warning from blue energy that there will be power outage on Sunday 12-1-22
From 9 am to 3pm
We have lost the trade and some of our food went off
Please notify next time

Would prefer that Blue NRG sourced power from renewable sources

Has dropped our power bill by nearly half!!!

All much the same as all the other companies nothing really jumps out at me. Power is just too expensive in this country full stop

Be careful with this company, At the start they charge you less but after a couple of months your get charged Double.
The biggest scam company i have ever seen👎🏽👎🏽.

We notified BlueNRG that we were moving and set up a new account with them for our new address but for 3 months they have sent threatening letters about reporting our credit file and cutting our power at the old place. Doesn't matter how many times we explain we no longer occupy that premises. Cut the power and see if I care!!! If you mark my credit file ill see you in court!!

Your billing based on guesstimated power consumption is unacceptable. I am happy to pay my account on time, if you bill for actual power used. Read the meter. Send me a bill. I pay the bill. Everybody is happy.
Do not send me an estimated bill. If you choose the meter is to be read every 90 days, that is BlueNRG choice.If you want 30 day billing then you need a 30 day meter read cycle.

I've been with Blue NRG for almost two months and I STILL haven't received my first bill. I also haven't been told when I'll receive it.

If you look at how red energy does there it seams a lot less threatening but still gets the point across

Couldn’t believe there is no supply charge for small business!!
