Bluelightconsultancy Anmeldelser

I could not recommend bluelight consultancy more, I have used them for helping me get into the Metropolitan Police Service and they have been incredible. The evening webinars with the different coach’s worked really well also being able to give your input and getting feedback was amazing and thank you to my coach as well Richard Fisher he was incredible at taking me through all the stages and teaching me how to do an interview as it was something I had never experienced in my previous career always giving me feedback on how to improve and I could not have done it without bluelight consultancy.

My experience of Bluelight Consultancy has been absolutely amazing! I just want to say a big thank you to Andrea for being helpful, patient and for supporting me for preparing for my final interview. The online courses and online webinars are very informative and very helpful. All the support Bluelight Consultancy has provided has given me confidence and helped me to pass my final interview! Once again thank you so much Bluelight Consultancy!

🎉 Exciting news! I’ve officially passed my final interview! I couldn’t have done it without the amazing support and guidance of my coaches. A huge thank you to Jane for preparing me for my OAC and to Andrea for helping me get ready for the final interview. Your support made all the difference — thank you so much! 🙏💫

I recently passed my interview for the Digital forensic technician role, and my coach Darren was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly supportive, friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout the process. With his guidance, I was able to overcome my nervousness and perform at my best.

I’ve previously had several interviews with different police forces and Civil Service roles, but nervousness always held me back. This time was different—thanks to Darren’s support and coaching, I overcame that challenge and nailed the interview.

I would highly recommend @BluelightConsultancy to anyone looking to get into policing. They are simply the best.

Bluelight Consultancy has been amazing throughout the recruitment process. The webinars were fantastic and so so helpful and it has been a delight to work with Catherine who helped me through my online assessments and my final interview! It’s surreal that I’m actually saying I passed my interview and am so much closer to my dream job than I have been before. Catherine has been so helpful and patient and kind throughout and I can’t thank her enough for her time and commitment, and I couldn’t have gotten this far without that help! If you’re serious about having a career in the Police I would 100% recommend Bluelight because the knowledge and support is second to none! Thank you so much!

The support you receive is second to none. Years and years of experience, expert knowledge, but most importantly everyone creates a supportive environment. Namely, Raj Kohli is an absolute delight to work with and anyone who would have the privilege to do so, would quickly understand why. Thank you!

Fantastic service throughout, and well worth every penny. Bluelight gave me the confidence to walk into all of my assessments and interviews with confidence, where I would have been lost without their support. If you’re serious about your nailing your recruitment or promotion, working with them is a must!

I cannot fault my experience with Bluelight Consultancy one bit. Having access to their numerous resources, weekly webinars and experienced coaches has really propelled me through the lengthy Police recruitment process and into my local force. Whilst the cost seemed pretty high at first, I'd consider it a worthwhile investment if you want to pass first time with flying colours. You will have access to practical advice from ex coppers who have climbed to the highest ranks, and know the recruitment process inside out. Consider it an investment in your future and how badly you want to join the Police.

The experience of using blue light is amazing from start to finish! The help you receive from your 1-1 Coach as well as the webinars is quite literally some of the best stuff out there. I remember when I booked in my final interview I was stressed and anxious as to what it was about and what I was going to expect. Fast forward to the actual day I went in feeling confident and ready for what was ahead thanks to my fantastic coach!

Excellent support from start to finish

I had an amazing experience with Blue Light Consultancy, I would highly recommend their support to anyone starting their recruitment journey. Catherine was a fantastic coach who provided clear guidance and genuine encouragement throughout the process. The confidence she helped me build has been invaluable. With Catherine’s expert coaching and the informative webinars I passed both the online assessment and final interview first time. Without question an excellent investment.

I had an amazing experience with blue light, the webinars, 1-1’s with your coach (my coach was the lovely Andrea) were so helpful and informative and gave me the guidance I needed to improve consistently. All the coaches at blue light were super helpful and constantly provided support. I knew this would be a great investment well before I joined and I can confidently say it is. To anyone on the fence, join blue light because the relief when you pass the interview is an amazing feeling!!!!! This is an investment that is worth every penny and more.

Very reliable and supportive 1:1 coaching from a highly experienced former PC. They will provide you with all of the knowledge and support that you need to get into the Police. If you have the money and you really want to get into the Police then BlueLight is definitely worth it in my opinion.

For anyone considering joining ANY form of policing force within the UK, Bluelight Consultancy is a must! They offer every form of recruitment advice possible. Whether it’s free videos on YouTube or social media, or 1-2-1 coaching, you are guaranteed to be receiving professional advice by some extremely knowledgeable and professional people. I seriously cannot recommend the team at Bluelight enough, they got me through my entire policing recruitment process. All the team are extremely professional, passionate, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to guarantee your success. Because of them I’m about to embark on the one of the greatest opportunities of my life.

I can’t thank Brendan at Blue Light Consultancy enough for the support and guidance he provided throughout my preparation process. His advice was clear, honest and practical, and it genuinely made a difference to my confidence and performance. Brendan clearly has a deep understanding of the recruitment process and knows exactly how to help candidates present themselves at their best.

I would highly recommend Blue Light Consultancy to anyone considering a career in policing or looking to strengthen their application and interview preparation.

I enrolled with Bluelight Consultancy after seeing some of Brendon’s videos online offering advice and support about a career in the police force.
After a call to find out more, I went ahead and made the investment to get what I can only say was some of the most valuable support to ensure I was in the best possible position to tackle the recruitment process.
I have to single out Richard Fisher whose support and advice was what made the difference, I can’t thank him enough for how prepared I felt after our one-to-one chats.
It’s a big investment, but one that will definitely make the difference if policing is the career your looking to get into.

From point of enquiry to success at the final interview, Blue Light Consultancy were open and honest & their insights proved to be invaluable.

I began like everyone with an exploratory call with one of the BLC members of staff to not only gauge my requirements and what I expected from them but also for BLC to assess whether I would be a suitable candidate or not (if they don’t think they can help you, they will not take your money and run, trust me).

After being taken on as a client, I was given access to all of the relevant material that was so useful in helping me with my final interview. I was also allocated a personal tutor in Raj, whose knowledge & personable manner ensured I had all of the tools required for success in the police recruitment process at my disposal. Raj was wonderful & an absolute credit to Blue Light Consultancy. Without his input & expert advice, I don’t think I’d be here now having accepted my conditional offer.

For anyone who wants to succeed in becoming a police officer for the first time or indeed promotion within the police, Blue Light Consultancy is the answer to help you get there!

If you want to become a police officer this is hands down the best way to do it. Thanks to all the coaches involved I managed to pass my online assessment centre and final interview first time.

Very beneficial, their service is great and they are lovely people. Their webinars are also very helpful and informative. Had a great time working with them even if it was studying or revision for an important goal.

Firstly, for those looking to learn how to answer questions in a structured way with one-to-one support, here's your best option.

I, for one, had two weeks to prepare for my Day 2 assessment for the Met Police, and I managed to learn a structure that not only boosts your confidence but also helps you formulate responses to any situation you’ve encountered in life. Thanks to Bluelightconsultancy, I am no longer reliant on luck to hope for a question to be asked; I now have the tools to answer anything they throw at me.

This method that they teach you transforms a mere story into a powerful demonstration of your skills, values, and decision-making abilities, leaving no doubt about your suitability for the role.

For anything like role play for your desired Police service, it makes you have so much confidence that you can not only use it for role plays but for any situation that you may come across at work too.

Honestly, it's the best because they give you feedback suited to you, not just a general outline, but an outline to your needs and areas of improvement.

But remember what you put in is what you get out so PRACTICE!!!...

Overall, it's an outstanding service that potential candidates must have.

Great tutors and amazing support throughout our all the OAC.
