Every prop firm does almost the same…
Every prop firm does almost the same analytical works and trading provisions but Blue Guardian is a very understanding propfirm in relations to the most important things, like when you face issues on the propfirm during trading and after trading, if you are transparent with them, they will make sure you get the justice you deserve.

UPDATE REGARDING PAYOUT: This is about a 10k payout request I submitted over 30 days ago. I completed the required risk interview and passed it and provided all requested information. Despite this, I’m still waiting with no clear explanation for the delay. I’ve repeatedly contacted support, yet I’m met with copy-paste replies or told to contact payout support, who hasn’t responded in about a week. After waiting more than a month, this silence is extremely frustrating. I can provide documentation of every step. I’m simply asking for a clear update and an actual resolution, not another generic response. People always say “trust blueguardian they pay”, well i would say clearly not. I have done nothing wrong and they know it, that’s why they are not even replying to my emails.

Payout rejected, account banned and now support access appears restricted
Update on Account #427447: Blue Guardian rejected my payout and permanently terminated/blacklisted my account for alleged copy trading.
I have never used copy trading. The specific evidence provided to me was a table showing only three XAUUSD Buy trades from different accounts, with different lot sizes and entry times. I dispute that this establishes copy trading.
I repeatedly requested the actual correlation methodology, timing criteria and technical evidence supporting the allegation. Blue Guardian’s latest Trustpilot response states that copying trades is prohibited, that the account action was taken after review, and that the requested information had already been provided. However, it still does not explain how the three trades establish that I copied another trader.
Support has also told me that once the Risk & Payout Team decides, the decision is final and cannot be appealed through Support.
After continuing to dispute the decision, I am now also experiencing a “technical difficulties” message when accessing the support system through my normal logged-in session, while the support page still opens in a private browser session. I cannot confirm whether this is an intentional restriction, but I have documented it.
I am documenting the entire case and continuing to seek a substantive explanation and appropriate review of the payout decision.

To clarify, third party copy trading and account management are strictly prohibited. Every trading activity flagged by our risk monitoring systems undergoes a thorough and detailed evaluation by our Risk & Compliance team using multiple technical criteria to ensure market fairness and platform integrity.
Because the technical verification confirmed a violation of our third party copy trading rules on account #427447, the decision made by the Risk & Compliance team remains final and cannot be overturned.

There are better prop firms.. E8, Alpha Trader, Alpha capital etc
Usually they’ve been pretty good however as of lately their back office and updates have been glitchy. Dashboard wasn’t updating properly and was telling me multiple parts of the dash board wasn’t applicable to my funded account and didn’t update until it was to late so the tracking and customer service after i told them were very unhelpful.
Bad spreads.
Bad customer service compared to other prop firms.
Glitchy back office and very laggy copy trading not sure if it’s api or platform issue.

Guys, do not go for this if you are struggling paying for the account fees. It’s not worth it, they will just find more and more reasons to atleast cut down your profits or payouts. Skip this there are so many options.

Je n’est aucun soucis avec la prop firm proprement parler, les règle sont simple les payout sont fluides et rapide. J’en est après le support. Je vien poser des question a propos de mon Trading pour avoir des clarification. Ils tournent autour du pot en répondant des message déjà prêt écrit. Si ce n’est pas le cas c’est l’impression que j’ai. Je demande à être rediriger vers le service approprié on me répond que c’est que si j’ai briser la règle sur la quelle j’ai besoin d’être éclairci qu’on me contacteras alors désolée mais je pense que je vais arrêter là avec blueguardian. Je vois conseil de faire très attention avec eux même si ils paye et ça je peux pas le nier, ya quelque chose de pas net. Je tien à mentionner DEBAYO qui est l’interlocuteur que j’ai eu.

Worst experience ever with any prop…
Worst experience ever with any prop firm. They Denied pay outs for no reason without any explanation or even let you explain or provide any information regarding the matter. I spent 2 weeks passing the accounts and building a 4k buffer and when I requested the pay out they said the account was breached without any further explanation. Requested a meeting or call to go over my strategy and it was denied like it didn’t matter. DO NOT BUY ACCOUNTS HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Following a review by our Risk Team, your account was flagged and breached for copy trading with another user. Third-party copy trading and account sharing are strictly prohibited across all of our evaluation and funded programs to ensure fairness and compliance with our trading rules.
Our policies regarding copy trading are clearly outlined on our official FAQ page. When a violation of this rule occurs, the account is automatically breached and any payout requests associated with those trades are denied.
