My account was switched to "live" about two weeks ago. I signed all the necessary documents, but I still haven't been able to trade because they haven't enabled market data for my account. I’ve sent them more than five emails, and I haven’t received any response at all. It’s incredible how they just ignore your emails without even sending a brief reply. Their customer service is poor—not to mention the other issues you might encounter, which, for me, is the most important factor. I wouldn’t recommend them at all; there are better options available at better prices.

Les contare que Blue Guardian me mando hacer una entrevista, la hice salió bien y me hicieron mi pago, pero ahora me están mandando hacer el KYC el cual fui hacer y la aplicación no me deja. Les he enviado fotos , mensajes y ya llevo una semana en esto y no me acaban de darme una respuesta, ni me han pagado.

This review concerns my experience with Blue Guardian Futures.

For several days, I have been unable to submit payout requests on four of my five accounts because the withdrawal buttons remain disabled. Support acknowledged a technical issue. I was then explicitly told that the issue had been resolved and that I would be able to request my payouts after the end of the trading day.

That assurance did not match what happened. Only one account’s button became available. The other four remained disabled.

I submitted a $2,000 payout request on the account that became available, and it is currently pending. Support initially confirmed processing within 24 hours and even provided an exact deadline. When I asked for clarification, they referred to exceptions for compliance and risk reviews, but could not confirm whether an additional review actually applied to my payout. They did confirm that no documents or actions were currently outstanding on my side.

My previous payout took approximately three weeks. That experience makes the current uncertainty particularly frustrating.

Despite speaking with multiple support agents, I keep receiving variations of “escalated to the team” and “please wait.” I still have no clear resolution timeframe for the four disabled buttons. I also requested a supervisor and asked for my complaint to be formally recorded, but have not received clear confirmation that a supervisor has taken ownership.

These repeated delays and conflicting assurances have seriously damaged my trust. From a customer’s perspective, the payout process feels unnecessarily prolonged, although I cannot establish the reason behind it.

I expect Blue Guardian Futures to restore the remaining payout buttons, provide accurate information about my submitted payout, and follow through on its commitments. I will update this review to reflect the eventual outcome.

I have been trading on your $50,000 Instant Plus account for **80 days**, successfully generating **$1,793 in profits** while managing strict trailing drawdown and 20% consistency rules.

However, when it came time for my payout, you suddenly accused me of third-party trading (copy/reverse trading), breached my account, denied my payout, and permanently blacklisted me **without providing any evidence**.

How is this fair? After 80 days of trading under such strict conditions, how can you make such serious allegations without presenting a single piece of verifiable proof?

**If your allegations are legitimate, provide the evidence. Otherwise, how can traders trust a firm that denies payouts based on unsupported accusations?**

I demand a transparent explanation, concrete evidence, and a fair review of my $1,793 payout.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. Everything was fine until I made two successful withdrawals and started generating consistent profits. Suddenly, they accused me of using an external trading system, which is completely false. They closed my account without providing valid evidence and blocked my access to the dashboard. Despite multiple emails, their Risk Team has failed to provide a proper explanation or resolution.
Be careful! It seems everything is fine until you start making money and requesting payouts. I would not recommend this company.

They tell you that this email not from us. And answer you just with automation answer . The agent demande me to delete email. Because this is the proof. Be careful with them

I have a$25k account with them, I trade it and passed both phase 1 &2. And all I can say is amazing, they have one of the best prices and trading conditions in the industry

First payout I ever tried to request, took over 5 days to receive it and didn't honor the 100% profit split after 24 hours. Another time I reached my eligibility for payout. Took over a week with no update from the team and the issue was not fixed. Other firms fixed the issue in one day. Was sitting on the account for over a week and accidently took a trade on wrong account and put me out of payout eligibility. None of this would have happened if they just fixed the issue. Also some scam/spam emails went out from their official domain. Beware, all of these things seem very sketchy.

This prop firm is a SCAM! I have accounts processing for payout. They sent an email for an " interview" to "get to know me and discuss my trading strategies". I have broken no rules (obviously otherwise I wouldn't qualify for payout) but they subjectively denied my payout based on my answers. They pick and choose who to payout!!! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM PROP FIRM.

Very disappointed with my experience with this prop firm. My payout was rejected, and I was told my account would be closed because of an alleged device/CID match with an account under a different name.

I have only one account and have never created an account under another name. I dispute their finding and want a clear explanation of how this match was established, along with a fair manual review.

Having a payout rejected over a finding I believe is incorrect has seriously damaged my confidence in this firm. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with Blue Guardian. The Risk Team completely closed my accounts (BGF210700 and BGF189692) and withheld my funds based on a false accusation of "copy trading" or "coordinated activity" on October 30, 2026.
My trading process is 100% manual and independent. I do not use bots, signal rooms, or account passing services. The fact that my entry timestamps or execution levels aligned with other users is a pure statistical coincidence or a massive flaw in their internal tracking system. Using automated correlation algorithms to strip independent retail traders of their hard-earned accounts without concrete proof of connection to other users is completely arbitrary and unfair.
To make matters worse, they have closed the appeal process internally, stating their determination is "final." This is unacceptable behavior from a prop firm. If you trade manually and happen to catch the exact same market moves as others due to common technical analysis, they will label you a cheater and steal your money.
I strongly advise all traders to stay away from Blue Guardian. They do not respect manual traders. I am taking this case further to Forex Peace Army (FPA) and public communities.

FYI guys I think all YOU TRADERS SHOULD KNOW THIS, because they’res always some new rule or hidden rule so traders don’t get their payout and I’m really getting tired of blue guardians hidden rules. I’m up on an account 50k instant funded, didn’t go in draw down more than -$500, didn’t lose a maximum of -$1,500 on the daily limit, didn’t get my guardian shield activated and I still breached the account, I included screenshots of the conversation and proof. This is ridiculous I’m starting to feel the need to go to another trading platform, this rule isn’t SHOWED ANYWHERE. It’s so disappointing I’ll add this on trust pilot to try to spread as much awareness as possible if I can give this a 0 start I would
