Utter scam of a company. Advertise drawdown and max loss etc. First day made 50usd. Second day got a breach as was 50usd in drawdown well within advertised limits however the shield rules basically means if your drawdown hits 50usd aka 1% of the account it closes all positions. I doubt many fail accounts because far too tight to succeed. Thankfully chose cheapest account. Don't waste your money people

I understand no one can't control market condition. But prop firm can control their web terminal and their trading server.
Now,
if a trader set $300 stoploss and it took more than double $775 then how it could be realistic? This is not fair to me. I set my SL in xauusd 4244 it closed into 4228. While there is no major news. And they are saying it's slippage issue. I already know about slippage but this things is not even look like slippage. It clearly manipulation by prop firm. Because of how a $300 setting stoploss hit $775?

Please solve my problems as soon as possible. i told them to Reset my account or give another same account. Because they also know this It's totally unfair and unrealistic. If their server can't close a trade this is their problem not mine. The trade closed after hitting my Daily drawdown ($750). While I already set my stoploss $300. It’s openly robbery and their server are third class. My daily drawdown was $750. They clearly manipulate it and breached my account.

Why I'm disappointed? Because my same trade in exness exit with lower slippage which is normal I also know that. And gurdian stop loss was set 4244, while the position closed 4228.95!!! Where exness trade slippage was 8 pips and guardian trade slippage was 150pips.

I am requesting the removal of the 50% profit split reduction. The Guardian Shield was triggered based on a Max Daily Loss of $4,262.96, but my actual recorded loss was around $3,860, and I never reached a $4,262.96 loss. I believe this was applied unfairly and request a full review of the account logs and calculation. If the calculation was incorrect, the 50% penalty should be removed.

Blue guardian please fix this problem...

I bought a Blue Guardian account and I passed it. Then Blue Guardian let me complete KYC, but I mistakenly submitted other documents. So they did my documents.Then my KYC operation got turned off. Now I can't do re-KYC. I can't get payout anymore. So I gave it one star.

I had a very good experience speaking with Morphy from the Blue Guardian support team. He was extremely patient, professional, and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how clearly he explained the rules to me.

I was seriously considering purchasing the $10K Instant Account, but after understanding the trailing drawdown and withdrawal rule, I decided not to purchase it for now.

For example, if the $10K account grows to $10,800 and I withdraw $800, the account balance comes back down to $10,000. However, as I understood from the explanation, the trailing drawdown remains locked at $10,000 instead of moving back down to $9,500. This means that after withdrawing the profits, there is effectively very little room left in the account before hitting the drawdown limit.

That particular withdrawal/trailing-drawdown structure is the main reason I decided not to go ahead with the $10K Instant Account Of Blue Guardian. I wanted to understand the rule properly before purchasing, and Morph y was very transparent and helpful in explaining it to me.

So, while I decided not to purchase the account, I have to give credit to Morphy for the support experience. He answered all my questions, gave me his time, and explained the rules without rushing me.

5/5 for Morph y and the customer support experience But due to the above mention rule I will give 2/5 Stars.
