My first payout of $3,500 has been left pending for 5 days. Blue Guardian requested a live KYC video verification, which I gladly agreed to. They sent me a Calendly link for a Google Meet interview today. I joined on time and waited, but the Blue Guardian representative completely stood me up and never joined the call. I have timestamped screenshots proving I was in the room. Account ID: [590807]. Please look into this and provide a direct link to complete my verification so my payout can be released.

Honestly. BG is the real deal. No denying unless you cause some stuff ofcourse. But most importantly no nonsense denying or nonsense from the risk team. If you have a normal strategy for swing trading you're safe at BG. I requested a payout. And got paid and approved within 3 hours on my 50k instant. BG you are my fav prop ive been at. On November 1, 2026, I received an email titled “You’re one of the lucky ten. Claim your $10K account.” It appeared to come from Blue Guardian, with the sender shown as their offcial email address. The email directed me to a Blue Guardian-branded page, where I created an account and was asked to provide a screenshot, a selfie holding my ID, and images of the front and back of my ID. I submitted these sensitive documents through the account and page I believed were connected to Blue Guardian.

I was concerned, so I independently searched for Blue Guardian’s official website and opened its chat. I reached the same chat and explained what had happened. Support told me Blue Guardian had not sent the email and that it was phishing. I also reported the incident to Blue Guardian’s Twitter/X account and through the chat in the Help Center’s giveaway section.

The Gmail details shown to me list “signed-by: blueguardian.com,” while the reply-to address is an official blueguardian email. I cannot determine from this alone whether the promotion was authorized, an account or system was compromised, or something else happened. I am not claiming that Blue Guardian sold or misused my information. However, I submitted highly sensitive identity documents through a process that appeared connected to the company, and the explanation I received has left me seriously concerned.

I did not intend to give my ID documents to an unauthorized person or allow them to be shared or used for any purpose beyond the account verification I was asked to complete. I expect Blue Guardian to urgently confirm whether it or any service provider received or stored my information, who can access it, and what steps are being taken to restrict access and delete it where possible. I do not consent to its use or disclosure for marketing or any unrelated purpose.

If a future breach or misuse results from the handling of my information by Blue Guardian, its systems, staff, or service providers, I will expect Blue Guardian to take responsibility and cooperate fully in addressing the harm, subject to applicable law.

I am asking Blue Guardian for a clear written explanation, a case reference, and confirmation of how my personal information is being handled. I also believe customers should be warned if others may have received this email.

At a point in time this deceptive fraudulent scheme had their guardian shield instant standard CFD rule written on their website as 2% for months but was breaching traders at 1%, they now updated the written rule to 1%.

Also they used to use a payment processor that shows u would be charged in usd but charged u in a random currency instead and also take ur card info compromised it so like a week later u see unauthorized charges on ur card this happened to me from a new card i got and didn't use anywhere else, i have to get a replacement card for the new card instantly.

Having ur representative tell me that low impact news is not restricted then breach my account for that same reason is deceptive practices and i already provided clear evidence for this to u, i personal don't have the evidence to the 2% 1% Guardian shield because i wasn't affected by this and because it's was a longer time ago but i do recall telling u guys that the rule is written for 2% on instant account on the website so u guys need to change it to the actual 1% as to what the agent was telling me the actual rule is.

I also have prove to the compromised card since i was affected by this directly, i didn't say u guys did unauthorized charges but i believe u guys are associated to why my card got compromised and got unauthorized charges.

Blue Guardian reply didn't defend the point that their a deceptive fraudulent scheme using deceptive fraudulent tactics to obtain funds my previous review explains more.

SCAM!!! Just paid for a new challenge and am getting blocked on discord and no response from their bot "live" chat. They are for sure scamming pumping and dumping. The discord chat was full of customers with the same problem and they just deleted all my chat and requests!!!

Very Disappointing Experience with Blue Guardian.

I participated in their $100K competition, but unfortunately, they repeatedly closed my running trades automatically without any reason. I tried several times, but the same issue kept happening. And my target is already done while I wasn't there.

Honestly, this has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience. If they cannot ensure a smooth and reliable trading environment even in their competition accounts, it makes me seriously question the reliability and trustworthiness of their funded accounts.

I expected much better from a company like Blue Guardian. Very disappointing! 😕

I am extremely disappointed with Blue Guardian.

I am an independent trader and also run my own trading community. I work with other funded trading firms and fully understand prop firm rules and regulations.

I invited genuine traders, including my family members and friends, to Blue Guardian using my referral code. However, Blue Guardian rejected my payout and decided to close my account, claiming a CID/device match with another trader.

I strongly dispute their allegation. No other trader has executed trades using my device. I requested clear technical evidence, but I still expect a proper explanation and a fair investigation.

What is particularly disappointing is that instead of resolving the issue transparently, I have been directed back and forth between support and the Risk Team.

I trusted Blue Guardian with my trading journey, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company.

If my legitimate payout is not released, I will not work with Blue Guardian again, and I will never recommend this firm to my trading community.

My advice to other traders: Think carefully and understand the company's policies before purchasing an account.

Do not buy their account , they are total scam , i have purchased 5k 2 phase account on which i have to make 400 $ in phase 1 and 200$ in 2nd phase , i have cleared phase 1 on oct 31st 2026 till evening , few time later i got access of 2nd phase acc i closed that day with -20$ and started trading on 2nd november i took few trade 2 of them were in profit and few trades got sl , so i have stoped trading before exceding my daily drawdown limit(200$) , i calculated and stopped trading at -190$ for that day so my total drawdown was -211$ which was fine and i verified my acc dashboard analised my tarades after 30 minutes i reopend dashboard it showd acc breached daily loss limit -201$ , and in trade entries my profitable trade entries were missing and few more trade entries were missing

I reached my 5th winning day on October 23, 2026, meeting the requirements to request my payout. However, since that day, Blue Guardian has kept the "Request Payout" button disabled, preventing me from submitting my withdrawal request.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, and every single time, I receive the same response: they are experiencing "technical issues."

It has been almost a week, and nothing has been resolved. No clear timeline, no real solution, and no meaningful updates.

As a trader, I follow the rules, meet the requirements, and expect the company to fulfill its responsibilities. It is extremely frustrating to achieve the required winning days only to be unable to even request the money I've earned.

**If a company can accept payments and enforce trading rules, it should also be able to process payout requests without unnecessary delays.**

At this point, I am seriously questioning Blue Guardian's reliability and transparency regarding payouts.

I hope this issue gets resolved immediately, but until then, I cannot recommend Blue Guardian to other traders.

I had an Instant Standard $50K CFD account on Match-Trader. On a single NAS100 sell (0.5 lots, Ticket W193280548235198) I set both a take profit and a trailing stop loss. The trailing stop was actively following the price and had locked in approximately +$115 of unrealised profit. Both the stop loss and take profit were clearly visible on the platform, and I monitored the position for more than 10 minutes with no issues.

The trade later closed at a loss of more than $500 and was treated as a Guardian Shield trigger (MaxFloatingPnLBreached). A trailing stop protecting a positive amount should have made it impossible for floating loss to reach the 1% Shield threshold. The close occurred as if no protective stop had been registered.

I requested the server-side records multiple times: the last registered stop-loss price and timestamp, the exact close-reason code, and the order-modification history. Support confirmed the Shield close but refused to supply those logs. Different agents gave conflicting explanations (one claimed no SL/TP was attached at all; another suggested possible gapping). Escalation emails received the same deflection. The first Shield trigger permanently reduced my profit split to 50%, and support stated this decision is final and cannot be reversed regardless of any further investigation.

This is not an isolated complaint. A significant number of 1-star Trustpilot reviews describe the same pattern: Guardian Shield overriding visible protective stops or advertised drawdown limits, support refusing execution evidence, permanent 50% split reductions, and accounts penalised after profits appear. Traders repeatedly report that what is shown on the platform does not match what the server later claims was registered.

When a firm will not release the basic server records needed to verify whether a protective stop was honoured, the advertised risk controls become unreliable. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who expects stops to function as displayed or who wants transparent dispute resolution.

I am near to my payout i work day and night for 3 months to get my first payout but they are disabling my trading account without any reason they are making reason of forbidden location that i am using us ip adress thats totally baseless i am from pakistan i have not even downloaded the vpn

They closed my account for no valid reason. I made a $3,500 profit, and even though my account was in profit, it was suddenly flagged as breached. I did not violate the daily loss limit. It seems their automated dashboard is broken. I demand a manual review of my trading logs by senior compliance. Unfair account breach! I was overall in a big profit, and my trading never touched the daily loss limit. Yet, the system incorrectly closed my account. This looks like a system error or scam. Support needs to review this immediately and restore my account.

I am writing this out of absolute frustration and exhaustion regarding how Blue Guardian treats its traders and handles critical platform failures. On my 5k account (ID: 255246), I executed a perfect Sell position on US Oil and set a resting Take Profit at 101.38. During the London session—with absolutely zero news events—the market dropped all the way to 101.34. It didn't just flash past it; two separate 1-minute candles back-to-back wicked deeply right through my target profit zone. My resting order sat untouched for two hours on their server, yet their platform completely failed to route the execution and route my fill.
Because the system left my trade completely exposed in the market, the price subsequently reversed and went all the way back up to hit my Stop Loss. To make matters worse, it slipped right past my stop level to hand me a $35 loss instead of my valid profit. For a retail trader who is fighting hard to manage drawdown limits, watching a platform glitch steal a winning trade and turn it into account damage is an absolute psychological nightmare. It instantly causes massive mental fatigue, forces you into panic and self-doubt, and breaks the emotional discipline you spend years building.
When I reached out to their support management expecting real help, I was treated with total indifference. Over a 12-hour period, I was repeatedly brushed off by agents named Himanshu and Morphy, who did nothing but spam me with the exact same automated, generic copy-paste text about basic market spreads. They didn't read a single word of my technical data, completely ignored my timeline, and flatly refused to pass the ticket to a senior trade audit manager or look at the backend server tick logs. It feels like absolute corporate gaslighting. They want you to get emotional and revenge trade so you blow your remaining buffer and fail the challenge. If you care about your trading psychology, your sanity, and your hard-earned edge, stay far away from this firm. They live behind their terms of service script and do not care about the human beings behind the charts.
Its really unfair when we are trading with too much big spreads but than now we have to take responsibilities of our take profits not hitting , its completely rigged
