⭐ Mi experiencia con Blue Guardian: decepcionante y preocupante

Mi experiencia con Blue Guardian ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. Después de operar mi cuenta y solicitar un retiro de más de $1,000, la empresa decidió cancelar mi cuenta y rechazar mi retiro después de una entrevista.

¿El motivo? Según su correo, no pude demostrar suficiente conocimiento de determinadas funciones de la plataforma ni explicar mi metodología de trading de la manera que ellos esperaban. A partir de eso, concluyeron que existían sospechas de que otra persona gestionaba mi cuenta.

Parece que no saber cambiar un gráfico de un minuto a uno de una hora es suficiente para poner en duda la legitimidad de un trader. Pero tener dificultades técnicas durante una entrevista no demuestra, por sí solo, que otra persona esté operando una cuenta.

Lo más preocupante es que, después de comunicar su decisión, la empresa afirma que es definitiva. Es decir, me quedo sin la posibilidad de retirar el dinero que había solicitado y sin una oportunidad efectiva de que reconsideren el caso.

Una empresa que trabaja con traders debería ser capaz de explicar claramente qué regla se incumplió y qué pruebas respaldan una acusación tan seria como la gestión de una cuenta por terceros. No basta con expresar sospechas y dar el caso por cerrado.

No espero que ninguna empresa apruebe retiros que incumplan sus reglas. Espero algo mucho más básico: transparencia, criterios claros, pruebas y un trato justo a sus clientes.

Después de esta experiencia, no puedo recomendar Blue Guardian. Mi consejo para cualquier persona que esté pensando en comprar una cuenta es que lea cuidadosamente todos los términos, documente cada operación y tenga presente que, cuando surge un conflicto relacionado con un retiro, la experiencia puede ser muy distinta de la que esperaba.

Una empresa demuestra su verdadero compromiso con sus clientes no solo cuando acepta su dinero, sino también cuando tiene que responder por una controversia.

Quick response in case of need

I purchased a $5,000 challenge using my own credit card and my own billing details. However, their system automatically linked my purchase to my father's old profile just because we used the same family email address.

When I contacted support to correct the name or get a refund, they refused. Their agent even wrote to me in an email: "Despite the mistake, unfortunately you cannot be refunded".

So they openly admit their system made a mistake, but they keep my money and block me from trading. This is a terrible and unfair practice. I am now forced to open a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this company if you value your money.

Worst prop firm guys.Be alert, ghost us when we try reaching support.

Done payment for an account via Crypto Binance..send them screenshots of proofs..but because of their poor contact support centre..they didn't respond after 3-4 days ..just transferring my issue here n there... No money refunded nor my account activated..heard good reviews Abt it but extremely disappointed

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Payout Experience

I am extremely disappointed with my payout experience with Blue Guardian. I worked hard for 3 months to earn my payout and made $250 in profit. However, approximately $190 was deducted under the margin usage rule, and I received only around $28 USDT.

After putting in so much time, effort, and hard work for 3 months, receiving such a small payout was very frustrating. I expected the payout rules and their financial impact to be clearly explained beforehand.

I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of clarity regarding these deductions. Traders should carefully understand all margin usage rules and payout conditions before purchasing an account.

I hope Blue Guardian reviews my case and provides a clear explanation of why such a large amount was deducted.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm without better transparency regarding its payout rules.

3rd class prop firm.. Wasting your all efforts and breaches accounts after reaching payout without any reason just lamb excuses..
Not recommended keep your money and time save..

The day I received my payout, I woke up with a smile. Honestly, I didn't expect this, because they previously restricted traders from Malaysia but later relaxed the restriction.

The website information can sometimes be misaligned or misleading, so we really need to read the rules carefully and go through the details. Customer support is also not always professional. I received copy-paste answers without my main concern being fully understood, and their rules have changed from time to time.

I still give them 4 stars because the payout process was quite smooth. There was some profit removal because of a low-impact FOMC event that I didn't notice. I now understand that they restricts every FOMC event.

For me, changes are acceptable as long as they listen and try to address traders' concerns. The most important thing is that they paid.

If they improve the website information and customer service, they actually deserve 5 stars.

The platform is really easy to use and challenges can be bought through various payment methods, a mentor of mine just claimed to withdraw 300$ from this prop firm looking forward to do business with them

They rejected my payout without reasons and till date my funds are stuck and I haven't been paid a dime. I won't recommend their services even to my enemy. VINE HASH. has proven to be the best alternative and my payouts has been timely and constant.

Wonderful experience,the best prop firm I ever used!

New to this concept and from all the different funded accounts available Blue Guardian look like the best.

Ive had 2 accounts closed for no reason, they finally gave me another one a 10k account. However I took a trade and tje slippage was quite bad. Went about 120 pips beyond my Stop loss, this increased my loss percentage from 0.5 to about 3% also slippage on entry price. As a result I had to stop trading tje account temporarily to understand the issue, then the acct got closed

I got a 2,000 payout first then a lower one due to my own trading mistakes. After being careful on a new account I requested a payout. They rejected it after a live video call claiming they couldn't verify I made the trades. My payout requests on M𝚘netian...have been processed without verification problems. The funds have generally arrived a few minutes later.
