The 1st time no problem. The second time, I never received the product nor was it sent. Maybe it has something to do with Canada post but at this point I kind of doubt it

Thank you for your feedback. We did ship this order out promptly, and it was sent with Purolator, not Canada Post.
If there was an issue with delivery, we would have been happy to look into it and help make it right had we been contacted directly at the time. Since this order dates back to April, leaving a 1-star review before reaching out to us about a lost shipment isn’t the right approach, especially when we were not given the opportunity to investigate or resolve it.
We’ll continue this conversation with you by email so we can review the details properly and work through this off the platform.

Thank you for your feedback. Once a shipping label is created, the carrier tracking page clearly shows the estimated transit time. Our shipping information is also posted on our website, and delivery timelines can vary depending on the destination area and carrier service selected.

No next day delivery even when promised
I ordered last week Thursday expecting next day delivery. Order came on Monday. I ordered from you for the next day delivery since I had an event to attend to and needed the product. Ended up using another product. No longer need.

Just to clarify, same-day/next-day local delivery is only available when the “Local Delivery” option is selected at checkout. When a shipping option is selected instead, the order moves through our regular carrier network, which can take a few business days depending on pickup and transit timing.
I completely understand the frustration when you needed the product for a specific date, and I’m sorry for the disappointment. We appreciate you giving us a try and will continue working to make the delivery options as clear as possible at checkout.

Damaged Product and No Customer Service Response
Update to my previous review: Damaged Product and No Customer Service Response
I originally contacted customer service after receiving a damaged product and left my first review because I had sent multiple emails without receiving any response.
The company eventually replied to my review stating that the damage was only cosmetic and that their policy does not cover my case. However, I followed up by email to clarify that the product is not simply cracked — it is broken and leaking (as clearly shown in the photos I provided, with product visibly coming out of the container).
Despite sending these additional explanations and evidence, I still have not received any response to my follow-up email.
At this point, the issue remains unresolved. I understand their policy, but the product was clearly compromised upon arrival.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially due to the lack of communication and follow-up.
I do not recommend this company.

We want to clarify this matter as accurately as possible.
You requested a full refund or replacement for a 500mL product; however, for a cosmetic crack to the bottle with no confirmed product loss, this is not a reasonable resolution under our policy. While we could have denied the claim entirely, we instead issued a gift card as a gesture of goodwill.
This case was reviewed and resolved accordingly. Not receiving the exact outcome requested does not automatically justify a 1-star review.

Despite stating this was “resolved,” my emails have gone unanswered and the actual issues have not been addressed. Simply repeating that something aligns with policy does not make it resolved.
Posting a public response while ignoring direct communication is exactly the problem.
