Solid product. Looks good.

Unbelievably good service - originally ordered the Pergola from another provider whose service was absolutely shocking. I then contacted Blakesleys and from day 1 the service and support I received, even down to the third party delivery company they used, was first rate. Wish I had used them from the start and cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience buying a pergola from Blakesleys! They were incredibly knowledgeable about the product and provided quick assistance with any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

We ordered the Titan Nova Pergola with an extra screen and absolutely love it. Think it’s even nicer in really life that the pics and at some point we will add the extra screens. Customer Service was great and delivered within the timeframes given, Ian even called me to check my post code as I’d make a mistake on the order. Would highly recommended and we will use this company again :)

I have been told that I have been refunded. Yet my bank account remains unrefunded. To be fair at this point I felt I'd been scammed. . And weeks I've been chasing this order.

Ordered a Nova pergola and privacy screens. Slight wait for shipping as product initially out of stock but this was communicated by Blakesleys, so not a big deal

Very pleased overall with experience & would recommend & buy from again.

They had a very competitive price on a set we had seen elsewhere, so decided to order here instead. Free delivery didn't kick in at the checkout even though we had spent over the threshold. I sent an email after 9pm on a Friday & got a reply 15 minutes later saying issue resolved. Amazing.

Delivered about 10 days later & pleased with the product.

Only area for improvement would be to have an email to confirm dispatch/ETA. Even though I had a rough idea it would have been arriving, an email from Blakesleys saying expect communication from the courier on X date & delivery on Y date would have improved things, just to know things were moving along.

This was honestly just a really easy transaction. Purchased online, delivered on time and great communication throughout. We installed the product ourselves (really easy to do) and it’s amazing!

We are extremely happy with our pergola, fantastic quality. We needed 2 strong persons to assemble - we bought the panel separately as we were not sure if we would need them. Ian was so helpful in choosing the correct size for our set up. Highly recommended

We are yet to put the pergola up, but the process thus far has been smooth and I would not hesitate to shop with Blakesley's again in the future.

Great service, all and any questions were (quickly) answered by Ian. He also responded to queries about the delivery and kept me informed. The delivery was on time, pleasant guys and everything was well packaged.
The pergola itself took a few hours to assemble. Instructions were good (although could have been a little clearer when attempting to attach too bars to legs). Have yet to attach the side blinds but hoping they will as high quality as the pergola itself.

All in all, would definitely recommend Blakesleys and would certainly use again.

I ordered pergola from this company. I was very pleased with the communication and service I received. The product is very well made and looks stunning. I was so happy with it so I ordered the sides to go on. Easy installation with 2 people instructions were easy to follow. Can not express how happy I am with this absolutely stunning addition to my garden
