We love our Titan pergola. Blakesleys offered the best deal on the market. Delivery was quick and efficient and the communication was great.

From start to finish they kept me informed and the product is brilliant.

Customer service is awesome. I had the need to contact on a few occasions and had an immediate response. Ian could not have been more helpful. We purchased a pergola and the quality is of really high standard. Some larger better known companies should take note of the brilliant customer service.

Outstanding. Literally blown away by the service, how fast Ian responded and the quality of the Pergola. Got the 3x4 nova titan and it is exceptional quality. By stroke of luck as well it turned up the same day that I ordered! I was so happy. Ordered at 8am it was in my garden by 4! I’m sure that was luck and not the norm not to set anyone’s expectations, but thank you!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new glass room which was supplied by Blakesleys. It looks absolutely fantastic, and the build quality is excellent.
