A very good experience indeed. Blakesleys should be proud of the service they offer. I ordered a 5.3m x 3.6m Nova Titan Pergola mid-June. Delivery arrived after a few weeks via a 3rd party courier. I was kept up to date with when delivery would take place. Drivers placed the pergola where I wanted without any problems.

When putting the pergola together, I came across 4 damaged louvers. I contacted Ian who promptly arranged for the replacements to be sent out to me direct from Nova. These arrived within 4 days!

Blakesleys communication is excellent. They reply within a matter of minutes and it gave me great peace of mind knowing in the event I have any issues, I will not be waiting days for a response.

If you are in the market for an aluminum pergola, I would not look elsewhere. Blakesleys is where you should be ordering from!

Couldn't be happier with our purchase. I had not bought from Blakesleys before and there is always an element of doubt when buying online, but they had very good reviews and I know why now. Excellent quality pergola and we were very pleased that we opted for their professional installation service as would have been too much of a project even for DIY enthusiasts like us. I would certainly use Blakesleys again and have no hesitation in recommending them as it was a very professional experience from start to finish.

Sadly our ordered pergola never reached us as got stuck somewhere in the Panama Canal! However Ian kept us fully informed of the progress and when it was obvious that it wasn’t going to arrive, refunded us promptly. He was always very contactable and helpful. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.

I purchased a pergola from Blakesleys the service was amazing. My delivery and install was done in a few hours and I couldn’t fault the installers as they were Quick and tidy. Couldn't have asked for a better service, iain was available to answer any questions I have, customer service was second to none. I am more then happy with the quality of my glass veranda and am now able to sit out in my garden come rain or shine. I am hoping to add the glass sliding doors and side panel before the winter comes

Ordered a new Nova sofa suite set, order went through fine, they collected my money and then the following week, I had to email to chase up when my order would be delivered. They said that it wouldn’t because they don’t have any stock? So why have it available on your website then?? I have called numerous times, no one picks up the phone, have been emailing the support email and Ian Blakesley answers the emails, my money has STILL NOT been refunded!!! It’s been over a week and a half and they still have £3149 of my money… and I have NO sofa set…… would never recommend or use this company, shocking service!

Update: they also then went onto my own business page and left a 1 star review and I can confirm it was them as the only other company this person had reviewed was in fact Blakesleys! Honestly the worstand most ridiculous company I have ever had the dissatisfaction of using!

Brought a pergola , few issues at first with dates promised, but all turned out well and assembled in time for our 60th Birthday garden party 🥳

Great experience. Not just a website , but real people with a great customer service attitude. We had to change our order due to some issues with my builder , but Blakesleys were so easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. Delivery and installation were equally impressive , and the pergola is high quality a looks amazing. Overall delighted and would not hesitate to recommend.

I researched for months, read so many reviews and finally settled on a smaller family run firm and I made the right decision. Nothing was too much trouble, polite ,efficient and the installers were excellent and the attention to detail is amazing. We purchased a pergola from Blakesleys, and we were kept well informed regarding the delivery date.

The pergola was delivered on time and was all packed well without any damage or missing parts.

I think the measure of a firm is when things don't go as planned, and Blakesleys have excelled with this. We ordered some pull down screens for the pergola, and long story short they didn't fit. Blakesleys offered great support via WhatsApp, just in case it was user error, but it was clear there was a manufacturing fault. Without quibble, the screens were quickly exchanged - no fuss, no quibble.
