I order a lot on this website. The packaging is by far the best I saw for a vinyls. Really well protected.
The catalog is for me the best in Europe for Anime, Soundtrack, City Pop.
Thank you for your work !

Always good quality of delivery and good pricing. Wishlist and newsletter works well, packages are always well protected. Great way to get iam8bit, Laced record and Japanese vinyl in Europe.

One point of improvement: A way to track pre-orders and estimated delivery. Now I have to hope that the page is still up to check the month.

I already ordered multiple items at Blackscreenrecords and it always was an amazing experience. In my latest order the sleeve of my vinyl was damaged when it arrived but the customer support was outstanding good. I got a new sleeve. I can only recommend ordering here

The products and customer service here are top-notch. I’ve purchased four vinyl records from this shop, and while there was a hiccup with the delivery, the team handled it perfectly.

Initially, the courier marked my package as delivered even though I hadn't received it. I reached out to customer service, and Anya was incredibly helpful; she immediately started an investigation with the shipping company. It turns out the courier had lost the package, and the Black Screen Records team sent out replacements right away.

I now have my amazing vinyls and will be enjoying them for a long time. The quality is fantastic! My shipping issue was likely just a bit of bad luck, so I wouldn't let it deter you. Shop with confidence, this team is amazing.

I ordered The Art of Outer Wilds artbook and initially had an issue with the delivery (the parcel was returned to the sender due to a problem with the local carrier). After contacting Black Screen Records, their team investigated the situation and kindly sent me a replacement copy.

The new parcel arrived quickly and was packed with great care. The artbook itself is absolutely beautiful and I’m really happy to finally have it.

Thank you to the team for the support and for resolving the issue so professionally. I would definitely order from Black Screen Records again!

The package came quickly and without issues!

I received a cassette which suffered in audio quality. After contacting them about this, they sent a replacement cassette.

great customer service and products

Received item in a damaged condition, for a £100 item not great. Then told I have to pay for return shipping if I want any money back or a return. Extremely disappointed in them as I've shopped with them before and have other items on preorder.

Beware before shopping.

*update, they sent me a new box to replace - opened the product and the inner sleeves were all ripped at the bottom with the vinyl. Very poor for the products price

Fairly priced and very reliable. Despite long waiting times on several preorders from Japan no order has been ever cancelled due to the LPs being unable to be delivered by manufacturers or third parties, something I've experienced numerous times ordering from other shops. Proces are sometimes higher but more often lower than the competition.

I have bought from Black Screen Records twice and both orders arrived in the UK without any problems. The packaging is very secure and the records are always in perfect condition 👌

Games and original soundtracks at a good price, always well packaged, highly recommended.

Fast, secured shipment, nothing to complain of, thank you black screen records

Impecable packaging, the product is perfect and the delivery was so much sooner than I expected.

Didnt tryed it yet, looks good, but i will mention small damage on the side of label. I didnt think it was your fault, probably its just because of vinyl moving inside of label.

Received as a gift, super clean sound and great packaging! Absolutely would recommend.

Having been a customer for several years now, I am continually impressed with everything offered and delivered by BSR. Ordering precious items like vinyl on an international basis is always somewhat precarious.. but their robust packaging ensures the likelihood of damage in the mail is exceedingly low.

This is my new favourite record company. Free stickers, extremely protective custom packaging, and excellent shipping? Truly couldn’t ask for better. Exceptional work.
