The records i’ve got today were really beautiful, the vinyls have such amazing designs and the cover arts are so good too, listening is great too, although on some of my favourite tracks, and others there’s some skipping which i verified is the vinyl itself since i clean mine before trying and after. Overall great records, i just wouldn’t recommend them for listening.
The shipping with DHL has worked great, but it’s quite expensive.

Recently after reaching out to support, they provided me with replacements for all three, the packaging was much more meticulous and the packages themselves were in great condition, the vinyls played properly and overall are very well done! I plan on buying more should I get obsessed with another soundtrack that has a release with bsr!

Took 6 months for preorder, but when it came it was excellently packaged, and i got what i ordered. Came with 4 bonus stickers. Thanks!

Terrible experience. After several emails with customer service about the tax charges applied to shipments to the Canary Islands, the only thing they did was remove the line from the breakdown, but the total price stayed exactly the same. When I pointed this out, I was told that the issue had been passed on to a colleague. A month later, I still had no reply from either of them. I wrote again asking for an update, and they simply ignored me. It really makes you lose all desire to buy from them if they are not even able to answer a question before the purchase. I can only imagine what their after-sales service is like.

I placed a pre-order in July 2025. After months of consecutive delays - through no fault of my own - the order was ultimately cancelled because the company claimed its supplier could not provide the required stock.

In other words, they held my money for close to a year and, in the end, could only offer either a refund (with no indication of how long it would take) or store credit.

This was an extremely disappointing experience and not how customers should be treated. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Edit: Funny that they had time to reply here but not to my follow up email, where I very clearly state that I have changed my bank account, while questioning them how and when will they process the refund.

Please run away from this store, they sell great products but their customer support is woeful.

I order three vinyls, one of them pre-order, and all came in very good conditions and well packaged. I was nervous because I live in Mexico, and the delivery was from Germany, but the package was really good. Also the shipping process was really quick. Sent in Friday and arrived on Monday. Very nice! I totally love the catalog have J-Pop vinyls that are very rare to find on Mexico, and only we travel to Japan.

I ordered from Black Screen Records and the experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish.

Their catalog is incredible for collectors and soundtrack fans, with many releases that are difficult to find elsewhere, often featuring beautiful artwork and high-quality pressings. The sound quality also exceeded my expectations: clean vinyl, excellent mastering, and a fantastic listening experience overall.
Another huge positive is their professionalism. Communication is clear, the website is easy to navigate, and pre-orders are handled very seriously with regular updates.
For anyone passionate about OSTs, video game music, or anime soundtracks, this is easily one of the best stores in Europe. I will definitely order from them again 💚

Ca faisait un moment que je cherchais le vinyle du 10e anniversaire de The Witcher Wild Hunt 3. Il avait été pris d’assaut sur le site officiel, notamment par des gens qui achètent pour revendre 3 fois le prix derrière, et qui ne sont même pas passionnés.
J’ai hésité à commander sur le site car j’étais étonnée qu’ils en aient en stock. Je pensais qu’il s’agissait d’une arnaque, mais je l’ai quand même acheté au vu des bons avis, et des reddit positifs sur le sujet.
Franchement, je ne regrette pas, je recommande vraiment ! Le vinyle était super bien emballé, et je peux maintenant profiter de ces superbes musiques, et cela au prix du marché !

I recently ordered the stunning 10th anniversary release of The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt from Black Screen Records, a soundtrack I have been after for a long time. However, upon receipt of the vinyl I noticed that one corner of the vinyl sleeve had taken damage during transit. Whilst the vinyl was packaged with great care, you simply cannot 100% protect against heavy handed postal carriers. I reached out to the after sales team over at Black Screen; who were absolutely incredible, and a replacement sleeve; as requested, was sourced and is currently being shipped to my address.
A huge thank you to Anya and the team for resolving this issue.
I will definitely be a return customer.

I pre Ordered one Special Edition Vinyl Box. Every other Shop it was already sold out. So I was suspicious at first but Today I got it in the Mail! Everything was well packaged and arrived promptly after announcing it is on the way.

Meine Vorbestellungen kommen bei mir an und es ist dazu noch super verpackt. Man muss nur bei den Vorbestellungen etwas Geduld haben.

I ordered 2 sets of blue prince 6 pack keys. DHL gave me a $60 bill for importing, I didn’t want to pay so much money on top of how expensive the keys were.
Contacted BSR for a return, support said they’ll take it back. I said DHL will just return them if I don’t pay for the import fees. At this point I’m thinking I’m all good.
Items get processed for a return refund, I lose out on $100 for the price of the return. Support never informed me how much it would cost.
Casually losing $100 for products I never received, rather than paying $60 to receive them, because of poor customer service…

I found the info on their website to be very helpful and reliable, with the one notable exception that I thought I was buying a cd in a jewelcase, and it turned out to have a cardstock sleeve. Either were fine by me but it's nice to know beforehand! Even so, it was packaged very securely and shipped quickly. With cardstock sleeves you risk edges getting bent but that would not have happened here. I easily could've found this info online though, had I thought to check it. Album releases are the same product no matter where you buy them, of course, which makes product info not as important as it is for other markets.
I like that they stock indie releases, makes me happy to support the business itself!

Je commande régulièrement chez Blackscreenrecords, il y a pas mal de choix et des vinyles qu'on ne trouve pas forcément ailleurs!
Les délais sont toujours respectés, les pré-commandes toujours honorées et les vinyles arrivent bien protégés.

En général ils passent par DHL mais à 90% du temps c'est La Poste qui prends le relais une fois arrivé en France.
