I have used laced numerous times now and I have never had a bad experience yet! Customer service is always superb, prompt and friendly. I recently had an issue with a defect on one of my expedition 33 records and reporting my replacement and it arriving was easy and stress free. Keep up the good work!
Excellent Customer Service!
I purchased the 6LP Clair Obscur box set, which comes with all six records housed in a custom artwork sleeve. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the outer box had a noticeable rip across the top (a shipping issue that is common with vinyl shipping, can happen even if the item is packed well, which this item was.)
That said, I was genuinely impressed with Laced’s customer service. Without any hassle, they sent me a brand-new replacement box, carefully packaged to prevent further damage. I’ve had similar issues with other companies / record lables before, and not one has ever actually shipped me a replacement sleeve!
10/10 customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Laced again.
Not recommended for Limited Editions or Collectors
I purchased a limited edition copy of Hitman 2 LP, and as a collector it is important that imperfections are to a minimum. The pressed LP I received had a black line through the white section and a tear away mark at the edge.

Coloured vinyl records are hand-pressed, so slight imperfections like this are very common and, unfortunately, not something we’re able to offer replacements for.

So, as a collector of Limited Edition LPs I would not recommend Laced Records as their is no guarantees of quality and no returns if you arr displeased.
Really serious business
I had some problems with delivery, and this folks were so helpful and understanding and they managed to fix everything and I got my Dune awakening record.

Excelent costumer support
I’m from Portugal, and I pre-ordered the Expedition 33 soundtrack album quite early. When it was shipped, there was an issue with customs in Portugal and the package was returned. I contacted Laced Records, and they promptly offered to resend the order at no additional cost. After the return process was completed, I received the record in excellent condition. Outstanding customer service!
Package was lost and they refused to refund
I am based in Vancouver, Canada and purchased an LP from laced records. The shipping cost was 50 USD which is already absurd by itself (for a single LP collection) . But the worse part is that I have never received the LP. I contacted them multiple times and also the courier APC logistics responsible for the delivery. After 6 weeks with no delivery updates and with them refusing to refund my money I contacted my credit card company to dispute the purchase. Thankfully AMEX accepted my request and refunded me the value.
It deeply disappoints me to see such a level of dishonesty from a business. They never cared about the issue and just kept saying they were investigating.
I would never recommend anyone to buy from such a dishonest business. They don’t have a Google page ( I guess to hide negative reviews ) and the only way to reach their customer service is via email, which can take up to days. It’s sad because it ruined a nice experience as I was looking forward to receiving the LP.

Ich habe die „Clair Obscur“ Vinyl vorbestellt, aber selbst sechs Wochen nach dem Versand war sie noch nicht bei mir angekommen. Der Support meinte zunächst, ich solle mich noch etwas gedulden.
Als nach weiteren vier Wochen immer noch nichts da war und ich die Hoffnung schon fast aufgegeben hatte, habe ich erneut den Support kontaktiert. Dabei wurde mir erklärt, dass eine ganze Reihe von Vinyls beim Zoll festgehalten und schließlich zurückgeschickt wurden.
Eine Woche später hielt ich meine Schallplatte dann endlich in den Händen – und bin jetzt sehr zufrieden.
Use an alternative, not worth timewasting
To make things short, you order something and you get nothing.

I understand, that shippings from UK to EU are not perfectly smooth right now, but the missing communication and false (if theres any) communication makes a awful image for me.
Right now its almost 8 weeks since the initial information, that my package will be shipped.

I pre ordered the Clair Obscur vynil. The package was shipped, then stayed somewhere between UK and Germany for WEEKS and was returned to the UK without any information....
I contacted laced to send me my money back, but after one week of waiting No Reaction,no money,no solution....absolute scam, i will never order there again! And my 90 Euros Are gone....much money for me....

Great first experience and customer service.

Very Good Customer Service
I ordered the Resident Evil Village Limited Edition 2LP Vinyl, and unfortunately the outer sleeve arrived with a pretty hefty crease.
I reached out to their support team, who were very friendly and quickly arranged to send me a new outer sleeve.
Their customer service was fast, professional, and kind. I’m definitely looking forward to ordering from Laced Records again!
