Nice and simple transactions. I've bought 3 kettlesbells from this company and I cannot fault their service. Timely replies off Facebook, no messing me about concerning pick up times. They have a repeat customer out of me that's for sure.

I stumbled across these guys on Facebook and messaged a guy called Anthony who was very swift and helpful, next day I drove up to Yaxley and was talked through a few options and his advice was invaluable, walked out with a full setup and I couldn’t be happier with it all. Cheers Anthony top customer service and congratulations on your weight loss journey

Great service from start to finish. And brilliant products.

Had a slightly complicated enquiry about a gift for a family member. Email was answered really quickly and it was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Courier split order so order delivered across two days but customer service reply was prompt and reassuring. Good quality hex dumbells.

Initial delivery had components missing and I was unable to complete assembly and requested a review from Blackbearfitness.

Although there was a slight misunderstanding to commence with Blackbearfitness fulfilled their promise and forwarded the components with spares that has allowed me to complete the assembly of the rack and stack all the dumbbells correctly.

Thank you and look forward to using Blackbearfitness again.

Helpful advice, Fast delivery and no quibble resolution of issues
