Great product and very quick customer service. They were honest and upfront about me buying the wrong model and quickly refunded my money. Had my bindings sorted out and proceeded to buy the right model. If there’s one feedback I can give: hope there’s shipping options because I need to buy a screw attachment but the shipping is still for the full set.

I purchased V1 Quicksett and shipping to Aus did take time, but they were clear on their despatch lead times. Once received, installation was easy enough following the install video's.
I used V1 for half of our 2025 Aus season and then the cable broke. After contacting them they agreed to replace with a newer V2 and put me in the production queue to receive it once it was ready for shipping. I recently received it, post the end of our season, but am very impressed with the upgrades on the V2.
When I did use V1, the absolute highlight was riding the chairlift comfortably and having very impressed skiers sitting either side of me.
Communications were consistent but sometimes lacked urgency but I also understand running a small upcoming business can have its challenges.
I will also note I was refunded the return shipping on my broken V1 and did not pay any extra for the V2 other than waiting for delivery.
Now I can't wait to get on snow again in 2026 and enjoy my Quicksett V2.

Un produit vraiment au top qui aurait du exister depuis au moins une décennie.
Vraiment une super innovation.
Un super confort pour nos genoux dans les files des remontées mécaniques et encore plus sur les télésièges.
Finie la position de travers pas du tout confortable.
Et sur le plat un vrai bonheur.

D’après mon expérience personnelle, je ne peux pas recommander ce produit.

Après seulement deux utilisations, le produit est tombé en panne et est devenu inutilisable. Depuis, j’ai tenté de contacter le service client à plusieurs reprises. Plusieurs e-mails sont restés sans réponse, et certains messages n’ont même pas pu être envoyés. À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse, aucune solution ni indication.

Par ailleurs, l’entreprise sollicite activement des avis 5 étoiles sur Trustpilot, notamment via la promesse d’un tirage au sort du produit. Dans mon cas, cette démarche est en net décalage avec l’expérience réelle du service client.

Conclusion : Qualité du produit insuffisante et service client, selon mon expérience, défaillant. À éviter.

The QuickSett 2.0 is a game changer. I ordered mine prior to it being available, so there was a little wait, and as Murphy’s Law would have it, the shipper took way longer than expected to deliver (went back and forth from EU to US), but that’s on the shipper, not black-line.

That being said, customer service was on point. Very responsive, respectful, and helpful in answering my questions regarding my order. There are multiple videos available on installing the device for the many different types of bindings out there. I did have a hard time trying to find a specific install video for my Flow Nexus bindings, but I am also a creative-hands on kind of person so it wasn’t an issue at all for me.

I would definitely recommend black-line and have to my friends and family. Keep in mind they are in Europe, so shipping takes a moment, but set that as an expectation and all is good!

The quick set is trash broke 1st time out they wont refund or replace it also took 8 months to get dont buy this shit.

Tellement pratique pour les remontées mécaniques 😍 fini le pied en travers et à descente je peux incliner comme j’aime. Sans parler les galères sur le plat qui n’existent plus 😁

Great product. Makes skating around much easier and more comfortable. Also my interaction with customer support was outstanding!

J'ai acheter le Quicksett et l'adapter aussi, mais je ne peut pas le fixer sur ma fixation Nidercker Nexus Flow. Et jusqu'à maintenant je n'est pas de solution

Ce n'est ́pas la bague, c'est la vise pour fixer le déclencheur au fixation qui est le même diamètre que le boulon

I ordered a quicksett 2.0 and it was delivered to the UK 4 days later. There was a lot of communication from black line and the quicksett is a game changer for my board. I can’t wait to try it out on the slopes.

Unfortunately, the rotation scratches my snowboard. For this reason, I cannot recommend the QuickSet.

I had questions when ordering, they were able to help me out right away through the chat feature. Since imin the US, I expected the shipping to take a long time, but I had my QuickSett 2.0 within the 7 days that they promised. The unit works exactly as advertised, I LOVE IT!!

I paid for the QuickSett Origin 2 along with the 'all rings' set so I could use with different bindings. I have had the disks turn up but not the QuickSett itself, having also had to pay import duty on the entire product (which isnt cheap)
I have sent 3 emails and two messages on Facebook with no response from them.
At this point I am just going to have to hope my credit card company can help reclaim costs

I recently installed my BlackLine Quick-Sett and immediately loved how solid it feels. It’s made riding up the chairlift much more comfortable, especially when sharing it with skiers.
I did have a minor issue, but customer service was fast and responsive—very impressive.
One thing I hadn’t considered when I bought it is the ability to change my binding position depending on the type of run. I can set it to +30 or more for snowboard cross, then switch back to my normal stance for carving. That flexibility has been a really cool bonus.

Commandé en avril dernière, livraison en octobre (normalement), depuis aucune nouvelle et leur contact mail ne fonctionne pas, impossible de leur écrire.
Leur service après vente est inexistant.
