I bought their QuickSett this season (2025/2026) and received it quickly.
It's a huge game changer; I'll never ride without it again!!
Communication was easy and clear. A little slow during peak season, which I personally find normal.
It makes me want to buy the rest of the range!

Les video d'instalation du Quicksett son très bien produit et très informatif pout tout les type de fixation...

Le service a la clientèle est aussi très bon!
Il réponde très rapidement au situation avec une solution satisfaisante.

Pour moi un planchiste de plus de 60 ans.
je ne peux plus me passer de mon Quicksett...
mes journées de planche son 100% plus agréable depuis que j’ai mon quicksett...

Alapvetően jó az ötlet, es a kivitelezes is minőségi anyagokbol készül. Ami picit zavaró, hogy ahhoz hogy elforgassam a kötést nem szabad teljesen meghuzni a csavarokat.

Is erg handig als je bij de lift komt kan je snowboard gewoon recht vooruit doen makkelijk in de lift... En het is ook erg handig als je nog een stuk je moet lopen. Kan je hem gewoon gebruiken als een skateboarden alleen dan op het sneeuw echt een geweldige uitvinding dit....
Oké er is ook een maar..!!!
Soms bevreesd het dan moet je even wachten maar verder te gaan.
Dit een hele goed product.

Nidecker supermatic
Dus de instap is super fijn en bij liften heb je mooi iets extra's...

Le produit m'a l'air de bonne qualité bien qu'il ne s'intégre pas super bien a des fixations ATLAS UNION NORMAL, cela fait une bosse au niveau de la sortie de câble du systeme et sous le gas pédale c'est embétant de surfer avec un pied de travers.
Mais le pire reste le SAV pour les contacter c'est la croie et la banniére, pas de tel juste un mail et prévoyez largement avant de partir car il faut attendre les réponses, qui ne solutionnent rien malgré des photos ou l'on voit bien les sangle de devant ils trouvent le moyen de me dire que c'est normal que cela ne marche pas car ils n'ont pas dévellopé les step one. Alors que dans les Fixations compatible les ATLAS normal figure bien. pas à la hauteur le SAV domage. et maintenant il me dise qu'il faut pas mettre de gas pédale mais a quel moment c'est spécifié?? bonjour la mauvaise foi !!! 130 euros inutile.

Salut à tous. Étonné de lire certains avis négatif sur ce produit ( peut-être de la malchance !). Pionnier en matière de snowboard j’avais du arrêter il y à 30 ans à cause de douleurs aux genoux. Mon fils ayant acheté et essayé ce système m’a dit essai c’est génial . Du coup racheté: planche fix step on ( le top aussi) , boots et quicksett. Je revis . C’est absolument fantastique, plus de torsion des genoux, hyper facile à utiliser, jumelé aux step on c’est le top. En plus les conditions de poudreuse cette année sont exceptionnelles ( secteur La Foux d’Allos) . Vraiment je recommande.

**Black-Line Quick Set Review: Three Major Failures**

My experience with the Black-Line Quick Set comes down to three problems:

1. The product doesn’t work.
When the Quick Set is tightened to the board to a level appropriate for safety, the unit cannot rotate freely as intended. If it’s loose enough to turn, it’s not tight enough to feel secure. A system that only functions when not fully secured is fundamentally flawed.

2. The customer service doesn’t work.
I purchased TWO units (November and early December). I have given up waiting for the installation guidance I was promised several times, and I am still hopeful I will eventually receive the prepaid return labels that were also promised.

My attempts to get help:

5 emails** to customer support — no replies
Chat reps confirmed they could see my emails, but could not respond
4 chat sessions — no resolution or follow-up
Multiple scheduled phone calls — All ignored
Prepaid return label promised in December — never sent

Meanwhile, marketing emails arrive constantly, including offers to buy another set at a discount. Sales communication works. Support does not.

In chat, buying Black-Line bindings was repeatedly suggested as the “solution,” and promotions appeared during support conversations. Instead of documentation or engineering guidance, the focus shifted to selling more products. It feels like a sales channel, not a support channel.

3. Compatibility with major brands is not properly validated.
Despite compatibility claims, Black-Line appears not to have accounted for Clew’s 2025 independence design update. The newer Clew Independence bindings do not have holes in the toe straps, so there is no direct attachment point as implied.

The only alternatives suggested were:

* Buy Black-Line bindings
* Drill a hole in the toe strap

Drilling a binding voids the warranty, weakens structural integrity, and creates a safety risk. No snowboard accessory should require modifying safety equipment to function.

Compatibility is also an issue with Burton boards. Because of Burton’s channel mounting system and two-screw setup, the unit must be tightened firmly to feel secure and responsive. When tightened properly, the mechanism binds and cannot rotate as designed. Tightening to that level also causes scratching and damage to the board’s top sheet — something that should not occur with a properly engineered mounting interface.

I genuinely wanted this product to work — the idea is good. But between a system that doesn’t function properly, nonexistent support, and unverified compatibility claims, I’m left with unusable gear and no resolution. If the promised return process is not honored, pursuing a chargeback is my only option.

**Bottom line:** good concept, but the product, the support, and the compatibility validation all fail. I cannot recommend this system.

My order was placed on January 9th. According to the tracking information, the order was registered with La Poste on January 12th.

So far, no further tracking information is displayed -> La Poste is ready to take delivery.

I have emailed support, tried to communicate several times via Instagram/Facebook, and tried contacting them multiple times via the chatbot -> no luck. Black-line.co states that they will respond to support requests within 24 hours :-( It's now January 23rd and still no word from Black-line.co. I'm going on vacation soon and am really disappointed with this poor support and will not recommend them. I hope Black-line.co will find a way to resolve this problem quickly and to my satisfaction.

Vraiment et j’insiste c’est une révolution ce système quicksett , ça me change la vie , c’est très confortable surtout pour prendre le télésiège et pour sortir du télésiège . Quand le chemin est plat , je le met en position vers l’avant , le genoux me remercie , vraiment j’adore .Avantage une position normal et non tordue à l’arrêt c’est bien pour les articulations et les genoux .J’ai utilisé 1 semaine à St Lary , aucun défaut, solide et enfantin à l’utilisation .C’est bien adapté avec les Supermatic de chez nidecker que je trouve génial et très innovant au passage . Tout est facile et confortable et les sensations au top ! Je suis très satisfait et bravo à cette invention qui va révolutionner le snowboard.

Ordered on the 12th of january the quickset 2.0. Received a track & trace on the same day. Only it’s stuck at “as soon as we picked up the package you will get more information”. Waited for a few days and still nothing changed. I mailed, contacted Black Line via instagram/facebook and untill this day I heard nothing. What is going on with my order and why don’t they reach out after contacting them?

Ordered 10th Jan 2026 and tracking provided on the 12th. There hasn't be any update since the tracking was given. Three emails sent with no reply, what an absolute crap customer service. Just been ignored, travelling on my ski trip without my order next week so now will have to file for a refund. Never again with this company! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!!!

UPDATE: Received an apology email on the 21st stating that they are out of stock with the F1 rings that comes as a package with the Quicksett 2.0...stock will be available next week so here's hoping I get it sooner rather then later. Extra star earned for the reply, 3 if I get it and maybe 5 if I do get it for my trip!

UPDATE: Received my order today the 31st in time for my trip tomorrow. You have redeemed yourself here blackline. Will leave the top bit for context, customer service follow ups for after sales should be improved for sure.

So I have 3 days riding experience on the Blackline 2.0 so far! I enjoyed using it between lifts and it really helped with my knee pain! It is fun skateboard style. About 12 hours in it stopped working. The adjustment knob didn't help. Thankfully it locked into my 15 degree setting so I could keep riding. Got back to the hotel and it fell apart in the room. Thankfully no parts lost or parts left on the hill! The main screw holding the wire on did not hold the wire. When it comes apart if the wire is slightly frayed ( it will be) it does not go back through the tiny pin holes. The QuickSett tool I got with the 2.0 was helpful and I recommend to ALL buyers! Thanks QuickSett. However you need more tools to get this thing going. I used a pocket knife tip as a drill bit for the aluminum cap. The wire got worse fast.. some clever tape got the wire through many small holes. QUICKSETT, if your listening, SOLDER THE END after assembly. Like any bicycle wire. A lead end will save all this trouble for future purchaser's. I MacGuyver'd mine back to riding order and soldered the end at home. Sincerely, Mitchell

J'ai eu un problème avec une commande et heureusement, ils ont fait tout leur possible pour résoudre le problème le plus rapidement possible. Impeccable.

I had a knee injury when I was younger and riding the chairlift has always been super painful for me. I have been riding the quiksett 2.0 for 10 days, and being able to rotate my binding on the lift has taken that pain away and made my knee feel way more rested for the next run.

Retour d’un séjour d’une semaine à St sorlin d’Arves.
Premier jour ok avec des températures positives et ride sur pistes damées .
Mais dès que les températures ont baissées et un peu plus de poudreuse, le système totalement gelé. Impossible de déverrouiller le système.
Très déçu car je pensais soulagé mes genoux et finalement je n’ai que soulagé mon portefeuille.
Je déconseille fortement

The QuickSett is awesome – I’m really happy with it. Especially during busy holiday times when the chairlift is crowded, I can rotate the binding and get enough space for my snowboard. It makes getting on and off the lift much easier and it’s also very comfortable to sit.
On flat terrain, it’s also easier and more energy-saving to push the snowboard with the binding rotated.
Installation was simple as well – the video explained everything clearly. I use CLEW bindings and they fit perfectly.
Using it is super easy and fast, even with the other free foot, no hand needed.

Très pratique dans les files d’attente et encore plus sur le télésiège.

Une semaine d’utilisation et RAS, le système fonctionne très bien.
Associé à des Supermatic, c’est du bonheur.
Ce système devrait être prit en compte par les fabricants de fix et intégré par défaut sur certaines gammes!

Je déconseille ce produit.

1er jour RAS
2 eme jour le disque se met à bouger randomly en plein ride et se décale de 5 degrés, puis 10, puis parfois 15 au fur et à mesure de la journée et en fin de journée, quasi impossible de locker le système.

Failli me faire les croisés deux fois parce qu’il fallait bien redescendre et le système bouge en plein virage. Ne supporte pas la pression.
Pas vu de casse au démontage et l’installation était effectuée correctement.
Je partage l’avis de derfragande donc.

En plus après 30 ans de snowboard et malgré le fait que je skate normalement, le feeling pour pousser sur le plat est bizarre et je me vautre comme un débutant.

Gagdet à améliorer fortement.
Je ne suis apparemment pas le seul.

Falsche Artikelbeschreibung online. Passt nicht auf Step-on von Union.
Erst bei der Montage festgestellt, da ich Kaufprozess online nicht ersichtlich.
Keine Erstattung der Hinversandkosten als auch der Rücksendekosten. Hier würde ich nichts kaufen.
