If I could leave a 0 I would. Carrier left the parcel on front my front garden is open. Delivered at 10am on a Wednesday and I got back at 17:30 was not there. Carrier provided proof of delivery showing my front door from the other side of the road (open garden so obviously not secure) Batiba rejected my refund. When I called their customer service they put the phone on me and did not help at all. Won't answer emails nothing now minus £90 and no item useless company.... They don't wanna help at all I'm done with them so now I opened a dispute with my bank... Never order from them ever again

After years of being a Bitiba customer…
After years of being a Bitiba customer and literally spending £thousands. This is how they treat you:
I didn't recieve my order, they said dispatched when it wasn't and then evri said they'd got it and for 2 days said it was out for delivery and still it didn't get to me. I asked Bitiba to cancel the order as my cats couldn't wait any longer.
1. email recieved to say the order value would be credited once they got it back from evri. 2. I received an email to say the order had been returned and I received the refund. That should have been the end but: 3. Another email to say they're sorry the order had been delayed. 4. yet another email with an invoice for this order.
They made a mistake with my voucher too and I'd to contact them.
Unbelievable to say the least. So I made an official complaint and have now been waiting for 2 days for a reply.
** And if Bitiba reads this, you know exactly who I am, look up my complaint... what's the point now in contacting you when you've not responded to my complaint in 2 days, when you say 24 hours.. a bit like your delivery, always takes longer!

Love Bitiba but They’re let down BIG TIME by DHL and need to get shot of them

BUT am going to have to stop shopping with them.
They use DHL to deliver.
DHL Does not deliver and lies.
ĎHL Cannot be trusted and are actually making me hate using Bitiba.
It’s a BIG BIG shame.
I have spoken to customer service agents at Bitiba over the last two non delivered orders and said that they need to stop using DHL. Just look at the reviews for DHL Commerce. 1 star everywhere.
It’s making Bitiba (and I’m sure other companies) look very bad.

Delivery system needs sorting
We have been using Bitiba for a long time but in the past 12 months or so, the delivery has got really hit and miss. Ordered dog food recently and was supposed to be delivered within 48 hrs(02.09.26). Checked e-mail today(09.09.26, was supposed to be delivered by everi, then changed to d.h.l. on 07.09. still not arrived. They need to sort their delivery system out or will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Mouldy dog kibble delivered late
Mouldy dog food was delivered late, and despite numerous emails to customer services and several telephone calls — many of which were cut off before I could get through — the issue is still unresolved.
The quality of the product was unacceptable, but the biggest disappointment has been the customer service. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I am still waiting for a satisfactory outcome.
Bibita’s customer service clearly needs a major overhaul. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase, email and call simply to get a basic problem resolved.

Dodgy courier company used and no action taken
Placed an order, that they split into 2 parcels, 1 sent with DHL, the other one - Evri. DHL delivered as expected, when Evri decided, that I don't want my parcel, sending it back to Bitiba without even attempting to deliver. Got in touch with Bitiba, they sent a polite reply, just to do nothing at all about the situation (clearly mentioned Evri actions, which I never agreed to). Checked today, and they got their my parcel back at their depot. No message, no questions, no refund. And no more bitiba shopping for me - I'd rather pay a bit more and get the product.
