As offered by bitcasino when depositing for the first time, if there is a loss, they will refund 20% of the lost amount in cashback. I deposited more than $600 and unfortunately I lost, but at this point they refuse to pay me cashback. I contacted them and they asked me to verify my identity twice and I completed the verification but then they said I was abusive and did not pay me cashback. I want them to clarify this issue. I want to know why. Why didn't I receive the money and what did I violate when I was a player and lost all my money. I also see quite a few articles complaining about the problem of them trying to attract players but after losing they find reasons not to pay cashback to players.
I have also filed a complaint with casino Guru and other sites

I am also having problems with this website. When I joined, I also received an invitation. If I lose on my first deposit within 7 days, I will receive a cashback of 20% of the loss. I deposited $800 and unfortunately I lost everything but now they still don't pay me the cashback. They told me to send an email.
