First I don’t understand why we have to…

First I don’t understand why we have to give at least 1 star to write a review because some things don’t even deserve a star and 7bit casino is one of them. I opened account made a deposit and played a game which was part of newcomers tournament which happens every 2 hours. So I took part in 1 of the tournaments wagered more than $2k. Before the tournament finish I check leaderboard and it showed my name somewhere at the bottom of leaderboard but no points and in fact there were no players on the leaderboard. I followed about 8 more tournaments and same thing the leaderboard had no data in any of the tournament. I check support they said I didn’t play the tournament game. And my bet history for last 3 days only shows about 15 bets which is total to $0.73. The games keeping on crashing. The minimum deposit for bonuses is extremely high. To get a 20% weekly cashback the total of the weekly deposit is minimum $1,000. If someone can deposit $1,000 in a week than why I would they need cashback because I with that much deposit the winnings will be more than loses. Support does not understand the English. I was told by 4 agents in 8 hours that I will receive an email in an hour regarding my tournament points and placing and the 5th agent told me I didn’t play the tournament game. It’s 5 days I haven’t received any email yet. Have to wait for almost minimum 10 to do 15 minutes for an agent to connect and if you don’t respond to the agents first message in within 2 minutes the chat will be closed with the message saying haven’t received any response to for long time. "Sorry" is not a good response to stolen deposit...

I've been a loyal customer to this casino for YEARS. I have always had a designated wallet that I use to deposit funds into the casino. I have made multiple deposits in just the last week. When my address at 7 bit changes, when I'm notified, I will change it. I was never notified. My address has apparently changed in the last couple of days. That all being said, when my deposit cleared on my end, but was not in my casino wallet, I brought it to supports attention. I provided the transaction details and the hash. They could clearly see that the funds went to my old address, meaning they were deposited to the casino. I have never had this problem here, but I have with another casino one time. That casino honored the transaction, realizing they received the funds, for one, and for two, I am a very loyal and active player that they did not want to lose. 7 bit does not hold these same values. They told me my money was lost and "sorry". I explained I was not informed of the change of address. I informed them that the money was deposited to the old address meaning it went through. I was met with uninformed, surface level, customer service, making it clear that they refused to find a workable solution. I will not send my money somewhere that is this lackadaisical about my money, especially when it was never disclosed that there was a change in address to begin with.

Won’t win more then 10x your bet size

I’ve made 5 or 6 deposits now and I only used a deposit bonus once . The website tolerable at least

The website is pretty flawless in its design. The major problem is that the table games will randomly crash while your betting so all of the money you gambled goes into the wind. Other then that its mostly smooth.

Reading other reviews There was a high tier VIP player from the US and when they went to withdrawal a substantial amount they were then asked for kyc and then their account closed and winnings stolen. There are many many other similar reviews. Again they know where you’re located the entire time, they send emails to US IP addresses with bonus “deals” and there are games you’re not even allowed to access in site based on your current location….so there’s no way they can lie and say “we only find out upon kyc request”. Legitimate casinos kyc you before allowing you to play.
