Absolutely awful delivery experience
Absolutely awful delivery experience. It blows my mind why companies like yourselves choose to use ontrac or veho for shipping and fulfillment. It's slower, their customer service is terrible, and I've never had a package delivered correctly the first time. I will be going to a competitor based on your shipping alone.

Our team uses dozens of carriers for delivery, based on zip code analysis, to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. False Advertisement
I ordered 10 free swatches and I only received 3 out of 10. I also only received 2 out of 3 that I did not even care to have, I wanted the other 7 that I thought was included in the 10 free swatches to be all of the emerald green colors/material.
