The quality of the tie was amazing and the satin makes it soo soo soft. Delivery was as fast as they could possibly ship it out and customer service was genuinely the nicest and most accommodating I’ve ever spoken with special shout out to Sheila!! Even though I was panicking about the tie not arriving on time she went above and beyond to open every possible door to get my order to me she was such a delight and a ray of light in my crazy wedding spiral! Took too long to arrive. Almost two months. Several items were also out of stock so I had to wait longer to order the rest of the items needed. Our bridesmaids dresses were also shoved in the mailbox due to mail carrier and packaging. They were not packaged nicely.

Tracking updates were quick and consistent.

Such a great company

My dress came super fast which was great. The color and sizing are good. However, the dress feels incredibly cheap. I realize how the entire dress is 100% polyester and this website is charging over $130 for it. This is the same fabric used by sooo many fast fashion sellers. The stitches are also not great. So disappointed to pay for something so special just for it to be made from cheap fabric.

I had ordered to the wrong address, and I was able to get in touch with a service rep who rerouted it to the correct address.

Arrived quickly, really love the free swatches and the planning book that came with it! Definitely helps as a bride who’s independently planning!

I was able to exchange my dresses when they were too large or just didn't compliment my body well. I finally found a dress that fit me well and made me feel confident. All dresses are long to compliment heels but might still need to be himmed still. I am 5'7" with 3 inch heels and it still needs to be himmed.

The fabric sample are the perfect size. You totally feel the flowy fabric and the more structure difference.

When my daughter first mentioned ordering suits online for her wedding I thought it was a terrible idea. I read some of the reviews and was surprised at how good they were. She went ahead and ordered one for her fiance and after receiving it told us to do the same for her dad. The suit arrived 6 days later and was a very good fit. We will have to shorten the pants...but that's it. Still surprised at how well the whole experience was!

My order came in very quickly and I had zero issues! The quality of the ties is 10/10! They all will match perfectly with my bridesmaids dresses!
