BimsonPower.com Anmeldelser

I placed an order with Bimson Power and, while completing the order, my billing address was correct. However, the shipping address showed the correct postcode but the wrong street/address.

I noticed the mistake immediately after placing the order and contacted Bimson Power straight away to ask them to correct the shipping address. Unfortunately, there was no phone number available on their website, so I had to raise a support ticket.

I explained the situation and tried to get the address corrected as quickly as possible, but I was told that the order had already been dispatched and therefore they could not make any changes. I understand that an order may not be possible to change once it has genuinely been handed over for delivery, but given that I contacted them immediately, I expected at least some effort to help resolve the situation or advise me on what would happen next.

Instead, my support ticket was closed without the issue being resolved. I have now paid for an order that has an incorrect street address, despite the postcode being correct, and I have no idea how the parcel is going to be delivered.

The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and has caused me to lose a lot of time trying to get a very simple issue resolved. The lack of a phone number and the way my support request was handled have also left me seriously questioning the reliability of this company.

I am very disappointed with Bimson Power and, based on my experience so far, I would not recommend ordering from them.

The person that "helped" me was Brandon M. - Thanks for nothing!!

Excellent service

I am very pleased with the excellent selection of products offered at such affordable prices. The detailed descriptions on your website are very helpful in selecting the right items for my needs. Furthermore, the delivery was both prompt and efficient. Thank you.

Easy to use website and orders arrived perfectly. Thank you.

availability, delivery time and general service very impressive.thank you.

good pricing, ordered generator and oil which were dispatched quickly, generator received in good time even though i live in remote scottish location, still awaiting the oil though as sent on different tracking number, good quality looking machine (champion inverter type) although not tried out yet,
Bimson ordering seamless. suggest putting oil if ordered in the generator box if allowed it would save a lot of bother
