This company needs to hire a welding…
This company needs to hire a welding engineer to check the machine and it's associated parts as it now appears there are parts not included in line with the advert. The Mig, Mag, stick welder is not for a beginner, more suited to a welder that understands all the processes and settings needed. No fault in delivery and commitment from the company in dealing with issues that may arise.

Never heard of Bimson - You have now!
Never heard of Bimson. Looking online for a Champion dual fuel generator I saw a mention that the slightly better version was a great price at Bimson. It was! Easy to order - good options offered (ordered those as well) and good delivery. All in it still cost me less than the inferior version that I nearly bought from another supplier. I am very pleased and in future will look at Bimson first . Some discrepancy in warranty period between Champion and supplier.

Stay away from this company
I ordered a power washer. Wasn’t ever able to get it to work. When I emailed the customer service, they sent me Videos and still didn’t get it to work I had 2 separate workmen trying to get it started neither one was successful. After sending it back to the Company, they claimed there were no problems and it started Fine. Now they want to charge me £60 to send it back to me which they never told me beforehand. Very disappointed in this company.

We're sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience.
Having reviewed your case, your pressure washer was purchased on 30/10. On 19/05, you contacted us advising that the machine had "never once been used" and that you wished to return it. You later reported that the unit was not fit for purpose as it kept cutting out.
To investigate your concerns, we arranged collection of the unit at our expense. Upon inspection, we found that the machine had in fact been used. Our technicians thoroughly tested the pressure washer, running it continuously for prolonged periods, but were unable to replicate the fault you described or identify any defects. We also provided video evidence demonstrating the unit operating correctly.
The charges quoted were not simply for returning the machine. They covered the carriage costs incurred in collecting and returning the unit, together with the labour involved in carrying out a full inspection. Had we found the pressure washer to be faulty, it would have been repaired or replaced in accordance with our warranty policy, and these charges would not have applied.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we stand by the findings of our inspection and remain happy to discuss the matter further if you would like to contact us directly.

Terrible terrible company
Terrible terrible company - Please avoid at all costs and go anywhere else. They have no phone number, you can't talk to they - emails go unanswered the up to a week.
Purchase attempt 1 - Bought a electric Hoist , was given a FedEx tracking number, the package was never handed to FedEx - over a week later before my emails were responded to and a refund finally received.
Purchase attempt 2 - tried again, mistakes happen - this time I got a FedEx tracking number nice and quick and my wife took delivery 2 days later - of a huge petrol jet wash instead of a hoist - again, nowhere to phone, no response to my emails - so sitting here with a massive box in my house with a petrol jet wash instead of a hoist.
£700 spent and still not got the hoist I wanted.
FOR YOUR OWN SANITY BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Thank you for your review, we would like the opportunity to respond on a few of the points:
Constant Communication: We have been in regular contact with you regarding your orders (excluding weekends); our team has not ignored your emails. - there have been multiple tickets sent in which does makes things slightly more challenging as we have to link the different threads, however, all messages were answered within 8 working hours - some of the incoming emails were sent early hours of the morning but were responded to the next working day. We cannot find any instance where your emails were not answered for a week - you informed us you had not received your delivery on the 1st July at 2.10pm - we responded to you on the 2nd July at 5.40am.
Delivery Confirmation: You have already confirmed to us that you have now received the electric hoist you ordered and we have a POD saying the order was signed for on the 7/7.
The Jet Wash: You also confirmed to us that the petrol pressure washer delivered in error has already been successfully collected and we have confirmation that this was received back into our warehouse on 8/7. With regards to the 4 day period of it being in your hallway, we received your initial notification on the Friday after closing hours. The ticket was picked up on the Monday and collection was organised for the Tuesday. This was the fastest possible turnaround for us and we are sorry that this was not acceptable for you.
"£700 spent and still not got the hoist I wanted" - we can see that your initial order was refunded and you have received the hoist your ordered so we are also very confused by this statement.
Unfortunately, errors do happen sometimes and we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you by our inadequate delivery service on your orders. We always strive to resolve delivery errors quickly and maintain open lines of communication with our customers. We do however, kindly request that reviews reflect the actual outcome and facts of the situation. Thank you.

Purchase let down by poor manual and non existent service
I recently purchased a 140A Flux Core welder from Bimson Power.
I'm new to welding and the product is described on their website as perfect for beginners and hobbyists.
The welder itself seems well enough constructed but the so called product manual is dire and the worst I've ever seen!
The product contains a rotary adjustment knob, labelled on the diagram in the manual as "Adjustment of welding voltage compensation" yet there is no reference to how or when to use this in the instructions. The manual is full of other errors, even instructing the wire is fed clockwise when in fact it needs to be the opposite.
The product also lacks any info on appropriate material settings (voltage/amps) - something found on the majority of welding machines even at lower price points.
All these things make this a product definitely not suitable for beginners.
I would still have been happy though had Bimson Power been responsive to my queries.
I contacted them through their website contact form, raising my issues and asking for info on the use of the voltage compensation knob but have had no reply.
All in all this is disappointing and has spoilt what should have been enjoyment of this new hobby.
As a result I cannot recommend this company.

You’re completely right. We actually talked about your message internally as soon as it came in and flagged the manual with our team to get it fixed for future beginners. We really appreciate the reality check!
To answer your question about Item 8 (Voltage Compensation): Think of it as a fine-tuner for your power. If you’re using a long extension cord or your home power dips, it can make your weld feel "cold" or cause the wire to stub. This knob lets you give the voltage a little boost to smooth things out. As a beginner, you can just leave it right in the middle and you'll be good to go.

Plasma Purchase.
A fast transaction,arrived as per tracking i have not used the plasma yet just setting it up and connecting and waiting for Electrician to up grade circuit for this dedicated machine,Plasma machine certainly has a quality feel and will look forward to using it for my next project.
